The Seaside Retreat consists of a kitchen/diner with dining seating for six, a TV, an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and a sitting room with a TV. There are three bedrooms, including a king-size with a TV and en-suite shower room with a walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail, and WC, a king-size and a twin, along with a bathroom with a bath, shower over, basin, heated towel rail, and WC. Outside, there is an enclosed rear garden with patio, lawn, furniture and shed, off-road parking for one car and further unrestricted roadside parking on a first-come, first-served basis. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Guests can find a shop and pub in 0.2 miles, and within 0.3 miles, a beach. The Seaside Retreat makes for a wonderful coastal escape for six in Sutton-on-Sea. Note: The twin beds only have access on one side. Note: Check-in from 4pm, check-out by 10am.
