We loved the hot tub and saw a bear, but that is about it. The sheets and pillow cases had not been changed as there was visible animal hair on the pillow cases, and dirt/crumbs under the sheets. The lights under the bed on the photos does not work. The fireplace does not work. There were no towels, and when I asked about them I was not replied to. There were dirty socks in the hamper and a used bar of soap in the shower that were there when we arrived. We are grateful to have had a place to stay, but it was not clean.

I didn’t give this place a five star because, the towels were damp upon arrival however, I did communicate with the host and he apologized and ensured that would not happen again. Also, it is listed as “pet friendly” however, there wasn’t a big place for pets to go to the bathroom or run. The steps need a safety rail as opposed to a rope. Both my friend and I fell because of how steep the steps were. They are also slippery when wet. They could use a gripper strip on them. Being a mom to a toddler and carrying them up the stairs in the rain was not fun. The drive way is extremely steep and dangerous. The renter next to us said the same thing about the driveway they had. I am appreciative of how well the host responded and fast they were.

We had the most amazing stay at this cabin in Tennessee! From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by how clean and well-kept everything was. It instantly felt like a home away from home.One of the best parts for us was how pet-friendly it is. It can be hard to find places that truly welcome your furry family members, but this cabin made it so easy and stress-free. Our puppy loved it just as much as we did!If you’re looking for a clean, cozy, and welcoming getaway in Tennessee, this is the place!
