Nice apartment in Pouliguen, very recently renovated ideally located in the heart of a charming seaside resort at the end of the bay of La Baule, (50 meters from the port and the center of the resort and 200 meters from the beach) 2 steps from the salt marshes of Guérande and the Wild Coast.
The apartment is in the heart of the village between the Port, promenade, beach and wood. On the edge of a small dead end, it has a total calm.
It consists of a sunny living room opening onto a large balcony facing south and two rooms for 4 people.
You can enjoy all the pleasures of family vacation at sea.

Nous avons passé 6 nuits, un couple avec un enfant. Aucun souci. La propriétaire nous a donné toutes les instructions par téléphone du au couvre-feu. Le séjour s’est très bien passé, nous n’avons eu aucun problème avec l’appartement. Il est effectivement très lumineux. On est très près de la plage des commerces du marché du Pouliguen et des animations.

Tout d'abords , j'aimerais remercier Sophie et son compagnon pour leur extrême gentillesse lors de notre rencontre.Sophie a pris le temps de nous expliquer les différents points au sujet de l'appartement ainsi que sur les activités existantes sur le pouliguen.Cet appartement est vraiment bien.Il est très propre et fonctionnel avec ses deux chambres,une belle salle de bain, son grand salon et bien sûr, son balcon....sur lequel on a mangé toute la semaine matin,midi et soir.Il y a tout le confort demandé ainsi que tout le matériel pour cuisiner.Nous étions trois adultes et deux enfants (6 et 12 ans) .vous avez aussi un endroit dans la cour, à l'extérieur,pour ranger les vélos.Pas de soucis non plus pour la voiture car il y a plusieurs grands parkings gratuits au alentour ( vous avez de la place au pied de l'immeuble pour vous garer, le temps de déposer vos bagages).Vous pouvez tout faire à pied comme la plage,le marché,le ciné,les restos et bien sûr la promenade du soir sur le port.Voilà, je peux dire que nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances en cette dernière semaine de juillet et que tout c'est très bien passé....:) Emmanuel.

L'accueil de Sophie a été très chaleureux. Elle nous a indiqué les incontournables du Pouliguen. Le logement était parfaitement conforme a sa description, très propre, calme en un mot idéal pour notre séjour en Thalasso. Je ne peux que le recommander.

superbe sejour

J'ai loué cet appartement 2 semaines pour y sejourner avec mes petits enfants. J'en syis ravie et mes petits garçons en gardent un souvenir fabuleux!. Cet appartement est charmant, confortable et idealement situé aux pieds des commeres, du marché, de la typique "promenade" et de la plage. Nous reviendrons certainement l'annee prochaine! !. A conseiller et recommander.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette petite station balnéaire au charme authentique à deux pas de La Baule. La propriétaire, que l'on sent très attachée à ce lieu, nous a gentiment donné de bonnes adresses et les incontournables à visiter. L'appartement était très propre et correspondait parfaitement à la description. Il convient parfaitement à une famille avec des enfants. Nous envisageons de revenir aux beaux jours pour continuer à découvrir cette belle région.

Un appart sympa

Nous sommes venus en couples pour passer une semaine de détente dans ce petit port que nous trouvons plus authentique que la Baule. La propriétaire nous a fait un accueil chaleureux. Elle avait laissé à notre attention les produits locaux : muscadet et sel de Guérande. Elle a pris soin de nous expliquer le fonctionnement de l’appartement et donner quelques conseils pratiques sur le quartier. L’appartement est bien situé, tout près du port mais en retrait, ce qui fait qu’il n’y pas de bruit. Le lit est confortable. Bref une bonne adresse.

Location décevante

accueil à la limite de la politesse, par une personne autre que le propriétaire ( vous êtes en avance, 11 heures 28 pour rdv à 11 heures 30),ouverture de l'appart., vous me devez le solde de la location, la caution et au revoir. La cuisine est très sale et un équipement très vétuste. les couettes de lit sont tachées, une odeur nauséabonde et persistante dans le séjour, 6 couchages mais seulement 4 chaises et la cerise sur le gâteau l'isolation est inexistante ce qui vous impose la vie au rythme de vos voisins (musique, suivi des conversations téléphoniques......) En 15 années de locations de vacances par Abritel, c'est la première fois que je suis trompé par l'annonce d'un propriétaire.

très bon séjour

Nous avons séjourné une semaine avec nos deux enfants dans cet appartement. La description était en tout point conforme à la réalité, l'appartement et ses équipements propres. Un accueil très chaleureux de la propriétaire. Le temps de vider nos bagages et nous étions en vacances ! Nous recommandons cet appartement aux couples et au familles souhaitant des vacances calmes et reposantes. On se sent très vite chez soi et il est difficile de repartir... Nos filles (7 et 3 ans ) ont adoré la chambre avec lit mezzanine et les jouets laissés à leur disposition. La station est très agréable, beaucoup plus familiale et conviviale que La Baule.Nous souhaitons y retourner.
