Comfortable but damp: Well located, easy to find, easy to park. Quiet and enough space for a large family. There is a lot of humidity in the Azores and the house was damp too. We were there in February, and as the houses don't have heating, we were cold. Knowing Portugal, I had anticipated this and brought thick pyjamas and soft cardigans for the night. That was the only downside. Perhaps investing in some extra heaters for the bedrooms would make the stay more comfortable. Otherwise, everything was perfect.
