The Rotunda in Birmingham is unique due to its distinctive cylindrical shape, its history as a landmark saved from demolition, and its current use as stylish apartments with panoramic city views. Originally built as an office block in 1965, it was one of the few elements of the original Bull Ring shopping center considered worth preserving. Its conversion into residential apartments in 2008, with floor-to-ceiling windows and bespoke interiors, enhanced its iconic status.
