A tastefully renovated apartment with a separate entrance from the garden, located in a historic townhouse in the center of Pescara. Situated 100 m from the bus stop for the international airport, 200 m from the bus stop for Rome, and 700 m from the train station. The two double bedrooms with private bathrooms are equipped with air conditioning, independent heating, TV, and Wi-Fi. A single bed and/or a cot can be added. Living room and large kitchen equipped with a washing machine, oven, refrigerator, and dishwasher.
