This was a VRBO partner booking that we did not recognize at the beginning so there were payment issues and communication issues. Not sure if all this information was provided during the booking process as we thought it was with VRBO and things usually go quite smoothly. It would be much better if it was processed like all VRBO bookings. So no reflection on the actual host but had to look for nonVRBO emails for access information.
