Villa Eva is a beautiful property located in a quiet area of El Campello, just 1 km from Playa de l’Almadraba beach, making it ideal for families or groups of friends.

The villa features five double bedrooms and three bathrooms with showers. The modern kitchen and living room open onto a covered terrace, offering views of the swimming pool and creating a cozy, relaxing atmosphere.

The outdoor area includes a terrace next to the outdoor kitchen, perfect for dining al fresco and enjoying barbecues, with both gas and wood-fired options available. On the ground floor, the kitchen provides direct access to a glass-enclosed terrace or veranda, while the spacious living room leads directly to the covered terrace and two double bedrooms (bedsize: 200 x 180 cm) that share a bathroom.

On the first floor, the master bedroom (bed: 180 x 200 cm) has access to a shared bathroom, while another bedroom (bed: 180 x 190 cm) features an en-suite bathroom, along with one additional bedroom (bed: 90 x 190 cm).
