Our detached villa "Casa Perleta" is surrounded by a green garden (1850m2).
The villa is fully equipped and the layout of the villa is as follows;

Porch,entrance, hall, cosy living room with fireplace, kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, gas hob, fridge, freezer, 2 double bedrooms and 1 bathroom with bath, sink and toilet.
1 triple bedroom with shower, sink,toilet and private outdoor entrance next to the porch.
Guest house with private entrance, 2 double bedrooms with option for an extra bed, 2 bathrooms with shower, sink and toilet, tiled floor and doors opening to a private patio.

All 5 bedrooms and living room are air-conditioned.

Swimming pool with safety fence, sunbeds and sea views.

The porch (45m²) is cool in summers and with the wooden beamed ceiling very atmospheric. It's the perfect spot for breakfast or dining al fresco in the evening.

There is also an outdoor kitchen, with bar, barbecue / Paella pan and burner, extra fridge and terrace.

Not suitable for people with mobility problems as there are stairs to access the buildings.

Enclosed garden with a play area for children including a swing set, playhouse and plenty of toys inside and out.

The villa is located in 'Coveta Fumá El Campello', a quiet and beautiful area where you can enjoy a perfect holidays. The Mediterranean sea is just 100 meters from the house.

You can go with the tram to Alicante, El Campello center, Benidorm, Terra Mítica, Altea, Denia, etc., at just 1 minutes from the house.

If you prefer to stay in the neighbourhood you will find several restaurants and pubs on the central square and also two beach bars/restaurants 'chiringuitos' on the Coveta beach.

There is also a supermarket in Coveta Fuma where you can buy Spanish and International foodstuff.

El Campello is a delightful holiday resort situated in a perfect position on the Costa Blanca, located between Alicante City and the busy resort of Benidorm, with a pretty fishing harbour, wide sandy beaches, views of the mountains and a wide selection of friendly eateries and bars, you have all the advantages of a small, peaceful, relaxing seaside resort but with the vibrancy of Alicante City and Benidorm within easy reach.

There is a local tram station,( NO NOISE POLLUTION at 0.2 Kilometres ) This service was completely modernised in 2018, with new electric trains fully air conditioned with a fast and efficient service to El Campello and Alicante city to the south or Benidorm, Javea, Dénia and the other Costa Blanca towns in the north.
Benidorm is a short drive away and offers excellent shopping and nightlife plus the new Terra Mitica, Disney style theme park. The spectacular Theme Park 'Terra Mitica' & Terra Natura, plus the water Parks Aqualandia & Mundomar are also just a short trip away by car or tram(20 min)
