The Neighborhood:
This modern apartment is tucked away on a quiet street in Montpelier, one of Bristol’s most-loved neighbourhoods. Known for its bohemian vibe, Montpelier feels like a village more than a city suburb. Find vibrant local pubs, incredible restaurants, artisan delis and cafes all a short walk away. Plus, you’re in the prime spot to enjoy all that this vibrant city has to offer, and best yet, it’s all reachable on foot!
Stroll alongside the harbour, hopping in and out of art galleries, coffee shops and the renowned M Shed Museum. Or enjoy a bite to eat in the unique Wapping Wharf - this cultural quarter boasts eateries and independent shops all housed in refurbished shipping containers. In summer, there’s nothing better than sitting on the water’s edge and soaking up the lively vibe of this vibrant city.
With so many different neighbourhoods to explore, you can spend days exploring Bristol’s city centre. Wander through Stokes Croft to see colourful graffiti by Bristol-born Banksy, or admire the beautiful Georgian architecture in Clifton. With its charming village feel, this is a place you can just sit and watch the world go by. You certainly won’t struggle to find good food in the city either, with eateries dishing up food that's local, ethical and creatively prepared.
With countless independent bars, coffee shops and restaurants to try, as well as offering easy access to Bath (thirty minutes away by car) and the surrounding Somerset countryside, Bristol’s creativity and spirit make it one of the UK’s most loved cities.

Getting Around:
The house is located in the quiet suburb of Montpelier, located in the centre of Bristol. For those driving, there is secure, underground parking available for 1 vehicle beneath the apartment block. There is also free unrestricted on-street parking a 3 minutes drive away, near St Andrews Park. This is around 10-15 minutes walk to the apartment, depending on where you park.
You can easily get around the city by foot, plus a local train station has connections to areas such as Redland, Cotham, Clifton and Easton. Bus routes are also easy to pick up from Stokes Croft, as are Dott e-scooters and bikes. For those travelling by public transport, Bristol Temple Meads is only a 10 minute drive away by cab, or you can hop on the local train that takes you directly to Montpelier train station. It's then only 5 minutes walk to the house.
Other Things to Note:
The keys are expensive to replace as the fobs need to be reprogrammed. As a result, there is a £75 charge for lost keys.
