Located near the beautiful Surrey Hills and just a 2-minute walk from Ash Station with easy access to Central London; this peaceful 2-bedroom home is the perfect countryside escape for families, couples or small groups. Enjoy the best of both worlds - nature walks and village calm by day, with a fast train link into the city when you want it.

The Space: This place comfortably houses 5 with a spacious living room and is Perfect for families/groups. It has a nice back garden to enjoy fresh air! Cleaned right before all of our guests arrive. Access to Keysafe/Lock box (once given code).

LIVING ROOM:
The well decorated living room is on the ground floor of this property. This living room consists of a large sofa which can be expanded to add a single bed (the sofa and bed make it have the room of a double bed). This room has a 65” smart TV with access to YouTube and Fast Wifi is available in this room.

BEDROOMS:
Bedroom 1 : Has an oak theme and has a king sized bed. Has a big Wardrobe and an Oak themed Vanity.
Bedroom 2 : Has a Grey theme and has a King sized bed. Has a nice wardrobe and another vanity for our guests needs!

BATHROOM:
Located upstairs includes a shower and a bathtub (Towels,Soap etc will be available)

KITCHEN:
Beautifully painted in blue, the kitchen has lots of space. It includes a gas hub, electric oven , dishwasher, fridge-freezer, washing machine and a grill. It also includes an: Air fryer, Microwave, Kettle, Toaster and a Blender. Basic Cutlery and utensils are available.

DINING AREA:
6 chairs are available and a good sized table are available.

Activities nearby:
There are a number of small shops nearby and if they’re don’t meet the needs of guests then there are multiple town centres nearby (10-15 min drives): Farnham, Aldershot and Guildford town centres.
