Borgo delle Dimore Deluxe Quadruple Suite
Borgo delle Dimore features suites with star-vaulted ceilings, rooms carved from honey-colored Lecce stone, large hearths, and underground granaries once used for storing grain. The entrances to the present-day suites overlook the external “corte,” where guests can spend moments of serenity and pleasure.
As in every traditional home in Puglia, these suites were once dwellings with a central fireplace used for warmth and cooking meals. The “corte,” meanwhile, served as a communal meeting place where people spent their days working and helping each other.
