7 km from Conques, in a hamlet consisting of a former farmhouse on the Conques plateau, 400m from the road to Saint Jacques de Compostela, the environment is quiet and peaceful in the heart of a green and hilly landscape. You will be ideally situated to visit our beautiful region and make beautiful walks.

The house consists of 2 apartments which each have separate entrances and independent without opposite with separate grounds.

The flat dedicated to the seasonal hiring is entirely of full foot, in ground-garden.

It has a pleasant terrace, a fenced plot and a private parking near the entrance, exclusively for holidaymakers.

The cottage is very bright.

A traveling baker passes 2 times per week in the hamlet.
Supermarket 4 km, Sénergues.
All trade to 15 km, St Cyprien on Dourdou: bakery-patisserie, grocery store, bar, restaurant, hardware store, gas station, cash withdrawal, pharmacy, doctors, newspapers, hairdresser, clothes.

Country life

It was ideal for us, who wanted to visit nearby Conques but also wanted to have a gîte with parking on site and plenty of room to sit outside. It is a lovely place to stay at if you want a rural setting. There is no traffic to speak of but we heard a tractor from time to time. We did not mind that at all, but bear in mind this is the countryside. We did our main shopping en route before our arrival and on our outings, since the area is sparsely populated and there are no real supermarkets a short distance away. The owners were very friendly and helpful and answered all our questions. But we did not want to ask questions too frequently, and it would have been good to have had some more details in the gîte information pack about how things worked, eg, heating, shutters and security to be sure we were doing the right thing, especially when locking up and leaving to go out.

Très bonnes vacances, le logement est très confortable et très bien équipé. Tout proche de Conques, au calme, dans la campagne sur les hauteurs, loin de l’agitation estivale. La région est magnifique.Les propriétaires sont prévenants, et nous ont réservé un très bon accueil.Le site “Waze” n’est pas indiqué pour vous promener. Préférez une carte détaillée!

Séjour nature et randonnée dans un très beau cadre

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce gite spacieux, propre et bien équipé, avec lits très confortables. Nombreuses possibilités de randonnées à partir du gite, soit sur le chemin de Compostelle, soit vers d'autres chemins moins fréquentés. Excellent accueil des hôtes. A noter, cela ne figure pas dans l annonce (ce doit être une erreur car il est fait mention d un bain à remous qui lui n y est pas) il y a un lave vaisselle.

Un lieu calme, ressourçant et dépaysant

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour dans cette magnifique région et dans cette belle et fraîche (appréciable en été) maison de la campagne aveyronnaise. La maison est bien rénovée et dispose de tout les équipements nécessaires pour passer un bon séjour. Le dépaysement est total, notre charmante voisine nous a bien conseillé sur les lieux à visiter. Nous avons apprécié les échanges que nous avons pu avoir avec elle. Nous remercions chaleureusement note hôte qui a été très disponible et serviable quand nous avons eu besoin de lui pour notre petit soucis de voiture. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir. Très beau point de départ pour découvrir le nord de l'Aveyron

Grand appartement à la propreté impeccable, situé sur les hauteurs de Conques avec un magnifique panorama et un calme absolu (2 voitures de l'heure en pointe ;-)). Déconnexion complète avec ce calme, absence de réseau GSM dans l'appartement mais il y a le WiFi. Propriétaire aux petits soins pour ses hôtes.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à la Souquayrie, cet endroit est très agréable, très beau, calme, les soirées y sont douces. C est un endroit idéal pour se reposer, mais aussi randonner, se promener à vélo. La région est très belle et il y a beaucoup de choses à voir et à faire. L accueil des propriétaires était chaleureux, aux petits soins. Bref, nous recommandons sans hésiter cette location !

Beautiful place

It's a beautiful house in a beautiful surrouding. It's practical, very modern and clean. We loved our stay there. Everything is available at the house, even a washingmachine and soap to wash the clothes. Our three little kids loved to play in the garden en catch crickets. The Pradels are very friendly and helpfull. They make a lot of effort to make you feel at home or help when there's a problem. The surroundings are beautiful, lots to see and to do in nearby villages. Concques is beautiful. We had a wonderful holiday! Highly recommended!

Un gite à choisir sans hésitation

D'un tres grand confort moderne, spacieux, joliment décoré, les propriétaires vous accueillent en famille avec un cadeau de bienvenue composé de produits du terroir une jolie attention complétée par les petits produits et ustensils de la vie quotidienne que vous avez nécessairement oublié chez vous. Car il ne manque rien, tout y est, tout est propre, vous navez plus qu'à vous installer.Vous êtes chez vous. La region est magnifique. Nous avons passé de bonnes vacances et avec mon épouse, nous nous sommes promis d'y revenir un jour pour profiter cette fois du soleil qui nous a trop souvent boudé par malchance la semaine de notre séjour.

Diesen haus bietet fast alles was man sich wünschen kann. Ein Region mit unglaublich viel Natur- und Kultur Schätzen. Der Vermieter sind sehr, sehr sympathisch und hilfsbereit. Die helle Zimmer, die sehr gut auf einander abgestimmte Dekoration und die Ausstattung vom Terrasse war Luxus. Einkaufen kein Problem und Conques ist absolut ein "Must" Kuchen und Badezimmer haben alles was man braucht und das ganze war sehr sauber.

Alle Angaben war sehr korrekt, es war sehr sauber. Die Lage sehr Ruhig. Die Vermieter sehr hilfsbereit und Freundlich. Das moderne helle Interieur war sehr bequem und die Terrasse hat alles was man sich wünschen könnte. Die Umgebung wunderschön, Kultur und Natur soviel man sich wüschen kann. Klasse! Einkaufen kein Problem.

Un gite refait a neuf, équipements complets et de qualité, calme absolu et propriétaires très sympathiques. Un vrai gite pour 6 personnes sans être à l'étroit. Précision : situé dans un hameau, les commerces sont à 4 kms minimum (Sénergues) ou 15 kms (St Cyprien, très joli petit village) Notre séjour fut un vrai bonheur
