B4 Monte Dourado is a first floor apartment, one of 12 apartments sharing a lovely pool. Beautifully presented, light and spacious apartment - renovated to a high standard throughout.

This is a new advert, the property is on other websites where you can see some reviews.

On entrance to the apartment you will see a bright and spacious hallway leading to a open plan Kitchen and Lounge area with a table and chairs, two comfortable sofas and a pellet burner - ideal for those winter lets. The open plan makes this space light and airy and perfect for up to 4 people. There is a TV with a good selection of channels and a Bluetooth speaker for your enjoyment,

There are two spacious bedrooms, the double bedroom has a Super King bed (180x200), fitted wardrobes and looks out onto the South Facing Balcony. There is a TV for streaming. There is a newly renovated bathroom next door to the double bedroom with a bath and shower. The second bedroom has two single beds (90 x 200) and fitted wardrobes. There is an additional newly modern bathroom with shower
Both bedroom are bright and spacious and have air conditioning available.

The lounge opens up on the the South Facing terrace with table and chairs, 2 lounge chairs and a optional canopy for shade if required, the balcony looks over the pool and it´s perfect for relaxation.

The Kitchen is modern and well equipped and we have worked hard to make sure it has everything to create that home from home feel so our guests have everything they need for a self catering holiday.

The pool is a lovely area with loungers provided, there is a separate children's pool.

I have always liked Monte Dourado and I really love this apartment is, the renovations throughout give it a modern but comfortable feel and we hope our guests love it as much as I do. It is close to town (only a 5 minute walk to the middle of restaurant hill) and there is a market just 2 minutes up the road selling fresh fish, meat, vegetables and bread.

I’m originally from Yorkshire, but I moved to Carvoeiro 15 years ago from London and set up my own property management business. Over the years, I’ve really enjoyed meeting guests and hearing their positive feedback — it’s incredibly rewarding. The best part of being a host is making sure guests have a great stay and seeing them return year after year.

The Algarve is a fantastic place for holidays, with so much to discover. I bought this apartment 6 years ago, and it’s been a real pleasure to share it and help create happy holiday memories for my clients.

I chose Monte Dourado because over the years, I’ve had the pleasure of welcoming many guests here as part of my work in property management. It’s a location that people genuinely love – close enough to town to enjoy the atmosphere, but just far enough away to avoid the noise from bars and restaurants. It’s easy to park, convenient for getting around, and makes a perfect base for exploring both Carvoeiro and other beautiful parts of the Algarve.

What makes this property unique

What drew me to this apartment is the wonderful sense of space you feel the moment you walk in. The open-plan kitchen and lounge area are filled with natural light, creating a bright and welcoming atmosphere. It’s been stylishly modernised while still offering that comfortable, home-from-home feel. The south-facing balcony is perfect for sun lovers, and there’s a canopy available for extra shade when needed. I’ve tried to ensure every detail is thoughtfully designed to give guests the best possible holiday experience.
