Nice condo with a great view of the golf course. Amazing pool that never had more than a few people at it. Easy to get pool chairs and a spend a nice relaxing day in the sun. Wrist bands available for purchase to the Grand Mayan (highlights were the lazy river, gym, and thermal spa). Selection of restaurants within walking distance. Good communication with host both before our stay and during our trip. Comfy bed- A/C worked great. Thanks for an amazing stay!!

The condo was absolutely wonderful! It had a great view of the golf course for Vedanta. Everything was clean and they were plenty of plates, pans, kitchenware for anyone’s needs. The host was amazing, staying in touch and answering all my questions very timely. I would definitely stay there again. I really love the pool. It was so large so clean and pretty much had it to ourselves. So relaxing to sit in the water and lay by the pool side. Really love the extra bonus of having access to the Vidanta property. This is a wonderful vacation property.

We had a great stay at Jose’s condo. The access to the Vidanta could not have been easier. Everyone was very friendly and helpful throughout the week. The pool is massive and lots of room to enjoy the sunshine and surroundings. Great place to stay.

Great place to stay within a short free golf cart ride to the main resort area and access to almost all of the amenities. Great value for the money. Host was super responsive to questions and allowed us late check out, which was super helpful before our flight.

We had a great stay in Nuevo Nayarit. The condo was beautiful and was exactly as described. The pool was a perfect quiet relaxing spot and the fact we had access to the resort next door was a great bonus. Jose was very attentive to any questions we had. We plan to visit again.

Jose is a fantastic host!

We loved Jose’s place. Jose’s communicating was phenomenal. The conceriege at condo were helpful, security was strong. The area is safe and about .50 mile on either side you’ll find restaurants and Oxxo to buy essentials. Having access to vidanta was such a perk. The pool at condo is meticulously groomed, it was quest and relaxing.

Great condo, great host and loved the location

This is a unique property. Jose was very responsive if we had any questions and the onsite concierge(s) are extremely helpful. This condo had access to the Vidante property which was an added benefit as this provided transportation to the resort as well access to their pools and restaurants making it very convenient. We would recommend La Cantina at Vidante as well the Balche pool restaurant. Quinto and Tramonto were just ok restaurants. At the Marina we would highly recommend Porto Bellas. Also if you get an opportunity go to Karen's Place at Bucerias. A great spot for a casual dinner watching the sunset Skip the Blue Shrimp restaurant.

The best of both worlds

This property is the perfect combination for anyone who wants to enjoy Vidanta's amenities and the quiet privacy of this condo. Jose was very attentive to our visit by providing instructions and suggestions in a timely manner. We loved the high standard of security that the property has. They are very diligent at screening anyone before granting access to incomers. This is definitely a place that we will revisit in the future.

Couples Anniversary Vacation!!

We went with our best friends to celebrate our wedding anniversaries and it was amazing! The condo is spacious gorgeous and had everything we needed and more! Hugo and Jorge were awesome and the property is absolutely beautiful! We saw many iguanas and lizards which was so fun and the pool was so tranquil and relaxing! The only thing is I left my eye glasses behind on the night stand in the master bedroom so that was the only downside which my fault! Jose is a wonderful host and I highly recommend this unit! We will definitely be back….

The perfect property to stay!

I was concerned that it was going to be complicated to meet up with our friends who were staying at the Vidanta Grand Luxxe; but it couldn’t have been easier to meet up with them at the Grand Mayan Pools! The Seibal concierges: Ivan, Hugo and Jorge were so professional and had the best predisposition to help always. The condo itself was very comfortable, spacious and beautifully appointed with all the amenities we needed and then some. Lastly, communicating with Jose was a breeze as he provided answers promptly. He is polite, and extremely accommodating. We highly reccomend this property!

Vidanta Amenities with comfort of a condo

Jose was very responsive and very flexible. I would recommend this place to for a great vacation in the Vidanta area. The apartment itself was well arranged; the community pool was stunning - beautiful views from the balcony were amazing. Vidanta was accessible via golf cart with the building concierge; we were able to communicate with them with our limited Spanish and their limited English. We had the flexibility of ordering food via delivery apps and leaving to PV or Beucerias via Uber easily, which was great. The apartment needs a few items to be repaired, the most problematic of which was the A/C not working in the second bedroom. We didn’t need to use that room much so it did not affect us much. We pointed out the fixes needed to Jose and I am sure he will take care of them as soon as possible.

I have stayed in Mexico several times and this time was one of the most enjoyable because of the convience of location and the amenities. We were able to enjoy the Mayan palace amenities without paying double the prices. The condo was beautifully decorated and well appointed with everything we needed. It even had coffee for our first morning. The resort with its lazy river, pools and restaurants was beyond our dreams. The convience of the shuttle available all day and night to go back and forth was amazing. The golf course and ocean view was breathtaking. Everyone was so friendly from the check in to the shuttle driver and the people staying there were nice and easy to talk to. All spoke english and the other guests were mainly american or Canadian so we felt very comfortable and even made some new friends. The grounds were kept impeccably and the pool that stretched over several buildings was fabulous and just the right temperature . The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. The split bedroom plan allowed us to eah have our own bathroom which was great for 2 couples traveling.Shopping & restaurants were close.We want to come back and stay here again. Thank you Jose for always answering our requests and questions quickly and clearly. When our departure was delayed by an hour we were also accommodated by being able to leave the unit an hour later than planned. We had a wonderful experience and I would recommend this place to everyone.

We had a great month

The property is as advertised. Clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the Vidanta resort, especially the beach, restaurants and gym. The pool at the condo is well kept and we relaxed there on days when we’re too lazy to go to the beach. Weekly housekeeping was a pleasant surprise. The staff at the building were incredible. Any issue was quickly resolved and they were available 15 hrs a day to drive us by cart to Vidanta or to the street where it was a short walk to the Marina. We spent many hours on the veranda overlooking the pool and golf course since the wide sliding doors open up the entire wall. We had the most amazing views of fireworks on Christmas and New Years. We made good use of the washer and dryer (byo detergent). Highlights: on Tuesdays take the water taxi from the Marina to Paradise Village for the flea market/street fair. Porto Bello had an amazing New Years meal event. Tuna steak at El Barracuda, anything at Eddie’s Place. Those are at the Marina. At Vidanta we frequented Tramonto’s, but everything is good. Tacos and burgers and buckets of beer on the beach were the best. The building is in a very safe gated area. The only downside is there was no where that you could get a cup of coffee without having transportation or walking a distance. Coffeemaker was a nice one so bring your own coffee. The veranda is the best place to be in the morning anyway.

Great place + amenities!

I highly recommend José’s place! The condo itself is wonderful with two generously sized bedrooms and bathrooms with a large living/dining/kitchen area and a balcony. The true perk of this place is all the amenities. You can access the large pools at the base of the building, golfing in the resort, and the pools and beaches in the Grand Mayan and other properties. The value is fantastic. José is kind, communicative, and gave very clear instructions on check in and how to access the various benefits in the resort. The building is very secure and staffed by the most wonderful concierge staff. They were so friendly, helpful, and attentive during our stay. You won’t regret booking with José!

Best of both worlds

We had complete access to VIdanta amenities with the added bonus of returning to our quiet condo and pool. The pool is beautiful and very well maintained. The staff at the properties were fantastic. We will be back next year.

We love the property location and Exclusivity, Perfect for a family with children or a couple looking for a romantic getaway. Property is equipped with a private pool that spans the Length of both condominium buildings. And if that wasn’t enough you also for a small fee have access to Vidantas Grand Myan Lazy river and water slide along with other pools located at the Grand Myan . There is a golf cart that will transport you to the Vidanta amenities. Also on Vidanta there are various restaurants and boardwalks that insure to keep your day full of activities. At the condo itself they have concierge’s located in the lobby that will provide Do you have any information you need. Staying at this condo my family Enjoyed our stay the condo is very spacious and well appointed. Also our condo manager was very accommodating and available for all our questions and requests we will definitely be returning for another vacation here in the near future.

Amazing condo

The property is beautiful, the location is amazingly close to Vidanta where we spent most days at their water park. The furniture in the condo is exquisitely beautiful! The bedding, from the actual beds to the pillows sheets and comforters were AMAZING! We recently bought a super expensive Sleep Number Bed and I slept way more comfy in this bed! I can’t wait to return!

This condo is basically New and completely equipped for all travelers needs.
