Casa Maitzgon is a fully renovated Menorcan style house with a garden, private pool, and terrace.

It has three bedrooms (two doubles and one triple), three full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living dining room, and a work area, all distributed on a single floor with bright rooms and outdoor views.

It is located in Cap d'en Font, one of the most popular areas of Menorca, close to the beaches of Es Caló Blanc and Binisafúller, ideal for snorkeling.



The house is rented on an exclusive basis, so guests can enjoy all indoor and outdoor areas with complete privacy. The pool is for exclusive use and is located in the garden. To keep it in perfect condition, as well as the garden, our maintenance team visits once or twice a week. These visits usually take place early in the morning, are brief, discreet, and limited to outdoor areas only. The property has Wi Fi throughout, bed linen and bath towels for all guests, as well as pool towels. It has air conditioning in the bedrooms and in the living dining room. The system also has a hot air option to maintain a comfortable temperature throughout the year. The property has a washing machine, integrated into the kitchen, for added convenience during your stay. In compliance with Royal Decree 933/2021, in force since December 2, 2024, it is mandatory to register all guests online and pay the tourist tax before arrival. This measure applies to all tourist accommodations in Menorca. The tourist tax is not included in the total price and costs 2.20 per person per night. The amount will be charged at the time of online registration via a link provided to the guest. The villa is located in a residential area. We recommend doing your main shopping in Mahón or Sant Lluís. You will find some restaurants in the surrounding area, but please note that many establishments in coastal areas operate seasonally, generally from Easter until the end of October.

To get around from Cap d'En Font and discover Menorca's different coves and points of interest, the best option is to have your own vehicle, whether a car or a motorbike. This allows for greater comfort and flexibility, as well as easy access to beaches and natural spots that cannot be reached by public transport. If you prefer to use public transport, there are a few bus routes connecting Mahón and Sant Lluís with Binisafúller, Cap d'En Font, and other areas on the south coast. However, they run infrequently and are usually concentrated in the summer months. Schedules may vary depending on the season, so we recommend checking the mou tmenorca website for up to date information.

It is distributed on a single floor and offers spacious and bright rooms, designed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The house has been renovated and maintains the traditional Menorcan style, with a practical layout and connection to the outdoors. Access is via the front door. Upon entering, you are immediately in the spacious living dining room, equipped with built in sofas, a fireplace, and a table with benches and stools. From this room, you can access the terrace, garden, and pool area through a large window, which provides plenty of natural light and a pleasant feeling of spaciousness. The living room has air conditioning with a heating option, allowing you to maintain a comfortable temperature throughout the year. Adjacent to the living room is a separate work area, equipped with a long table and chairs, overlooking the garden. The kitchen is separate, new, and fully equipped with modern appliances: refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and everything you need for cooking. It also has a table with chairs, ideal for quick, informal meals, and a built in washing machine The sleeping area consists of three bedrooms, all with air conditioning and storage space for clothes. Two of them have en suite bathrooms with showers: one with a double bed and direct access to the garden, and another triple bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. The third bedroom has two single beds, which can be placed together or separately as needed. The house also has a third full bathroom, with a bathtub and shower, located in the hallway and for general use. Outside, the house offers a large garden with lawn, private pool, and sun lounger area. The tiled and partially covered terrace is equipped with a table and chairs for enjoying al fresco meals. There is also a built in barbecue and a portable barbecue. Inside the property there is parking space for one vehicle. The garden is surrounded by vegetation, providing privacy and a peaceful environment during your stay.

Check in is from 4:00 p.m. and check out is until 10:00 a.m. Check in is self service, ensuring convenience and flexibility upon arrival. Before arrival and once registration and payment of the fee have been completed, we will send you all the information you need to access the villa, as well as useful details for your stay. During your stay, guests enjoy complete privacy in the villa. Only our maintenance team visits once or twice a week. These visits usually take place first thing in the morning, are brief and discreet, and are limited to outdoor areas only.
