Outdoor Winter Playground Custom Luxurious Home FREE Ski Shuttle

Come enjoy the outdoors ---- ski, cross country ski, hike, golf, mountain bike, tube with your kids, snow shoe, enjoy summer concerts, snow mobile, and fish your heart out!!

Our new custom craftsman home (5 Star rated Grand Park Community) is comfortable, luxurious, and practical in it's 4 bed/4 bath layout. 3 bedrooms are on the first floor and a large 4th bunk bedroom is upstairs. Let's not forget the radiant heat throughout the home and garage.

The ski shuttle, ' The Lift ', is free, but please check the online schedule and/or call for the current status, route details, timing, etc. The Emerald Line route supports the Grand Park Neighborhood with a stop at Old Victory Rd & Meadow Trail. It will take you to the Winter Park Ski Resort or you can park in the many parking lot options.

Check out the vaulted ceilings and granite counters in the kitchen and bathrooms in this two story upscale custom home! This is a very neat, clean, and well taken care of home in great condition. We setup 3 bedrooms (w/ queen beds) on the first floor and placed a over-sized 4 bedroom on the second floor as a bunkhouse (often used by younger family members). The bunkhouse bedroom has a private shower-tub-sink setup, queen sized bunk that sleeps four, a large L-shaped couch which let's people watch movies on the flat screen TV, play video games, or simply read and enjoy the peace and quiet. The master bedroom downstairs has a private bathroom (shower, toilet, sink), the second bedroom also has a private bathroom (shower, toilet, sink), and there is a third downstair bathroom (shower-tub, toilet, sink) in the hallway next to the third bedroom. The garage is heated with radiant heat just like the house. The kitchen (stainless steel appliances), dining area, and family sitting area are all downstairs with a fireplace and flat screen TV.

Please leave your dogs and pets at home.

It is a very cozy house in a perfect location for skiing, tubing, Fraser Foundry bowling and movies, grocery shopping, grabbing Starbucks across the street, hiking, snow shoeing, playing cards, hanging out and using the BAR BQ off the front covered patio.

Beautiful home, great location

The home was perfect for our family of four and my dad to stay a week and have our own bedrooms/bathrooms and also a kitchen and living space perfect for family meals and games. Great location, close to golf, horseback riding, rafting, hiking, biking-both a flat trail to downtown and mountain biking at Winter Park. We hope to return! Communication with owners was prompt as well. Thank you!

This was a great house. We stayed there with another family and there was plenty of space for us. Would definitely use if we traveled to ski at Winter Park again!

Classy, Clean, & Comfortable

Outstanding! What a stylish nice mountain home for relaxing, skiing, fishing out back, and so many things to do for all age groups. My kids loved the nearby bowling, indoor pool, and movies after a boarding/skiing. We'll come back in the summer for the fishing, golfing, hiking, and mountain biking.

My wife, Kelly, and I bought this home for our family to use for weekends/vacations and short term rentals. We have been married 25 years and moved to Colorado to raise our three children. Our family loves the outdoors and has logged many days skiing Mary Jane-Winter Park. This home lets you spend quality time with your family and friends to: get away, ski, play board games, snow shoe, golf, fish, relax, turn phones off, hike, tube, bike, read, snowmobile, & swim/jacuzzi/work out at the Fraser Rec Center. Winter Park isn’t all just about the winter either with many other outlets such as golfing, biking, hiking, etc. As you will discover, you can't beat the ski conditions (powder, groomed, trees, parks, ungroomed, etc).

This mountain town, Winter Park, beams with 300 days of sunshine a year and at 12,000 feet it feels like there should be a beach nearby. In the summer, you will enjoy: mountain biking, golfing, fishing, hiking, alpine sliding, art galleries, boating, camping, dog cart rides, hot air balloon rides, horseback riding, kayaking, rafting, live music entertainment, historical museums and tours, rodeos, spas, summer tubing, trains, zip-line tours and over 200 events throughout the summer in the valley!

It is a great year round escape for my family. We love the different seasons and weather conditions. You never get tired of favorite sports or activities, since you change your recreation focus every few months. Winter Park will let you ski in the morning and golf/hike/mountain bike in the afternoon followed by an dinner out with a movie or perhaps bowling. It is a great way to vacation, decompress, and spend quality time with those in your life!!
