Liked: Cleanliness
Disliked: Check-in, communication
It was not all bad, but we will not return. Keybox was jammed was not available for use. Most beds were worn out and offered poor nights sleep. Few amenities with only bare minimum for guests. Upon arrival, our allotment for 9 days was 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, 1 roll toilet tissue each. Had to purchase paper towels, linens and supplies for kitchen. Provided were sample sizes of toiletries. On plus side, close to bus (not tube) and close to coop grocery. Heat, electricity, water, and appliances all worked.
