The apartment consists of a welcoming living room with sofas and a dining area with a wooden table and bench. The independent kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, coffee machine, crockery and various utensils.

From the living room, you can access a mezzanine that hosts a second living room with LCD TV and two single beds, perfect as a relaxation area or extra sleeping space.

The sleeping area has two rooms: one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. Two bathrooms are available to guests: one with toilet, bidet, shower box and washing machine; the other with toilet, bidet and bathtub.
