Conveniently located 5 min walk from the Center and its services and a 3 min walk from ski lifts facilities (Faloria cablecar to Faloria and Cristallo implants and Freccia nel Cielo cablecar to Tofane). This dreamy exceptional apartment is placed on the ground floor of the chalet and is surrounded by a beautiful lawn and Park of larches and firs, entirely surrounded by private terraces. It is the ideal place for families who wish to enjoy rest and silence surrounded, while being at 200 meters from the center and the famous bell tower. The apartment consists of a living room, with dining room decorated in wood, 1 double bedroom, 2 rooms with 2 single beds each and all wood furniture (total beds n. 6), kitchen (washing machine and dishwasher) and two bathrooms (one with shower and one with bathtub).
Private box car, private cellar and private external parking site. CHECK IN TIME AFTER 3 PM TILL 11 PM ( after with charge) AND CHECK OUT TIME WITHIN 10 AM.
Security deposit required of 300 euros (summer) / 500 euros (winter). Key collection by the owner / or custodian.
Utilities and consumption costs are not included and must to be paid at the end of the lease by bank transfer.

Absolutely ideal with children in every season, in fact, without moving the car, you can make various walks and with skis on your feet you get to the Faloria cable car thanks to the trail that connects the Faloria to the city center; on the same street, always on skis, we return directly home.

Lo chalet è immerso nel verde e gode di una magnifica vista sulle splendide vette delle Dolomiti Cortinesi come: le Tofane, il Cristallo, le Cinque Torri, Becco di Mezzo Dì .
Sito in posizione vantaggiosa a 5 min a piedi dal centro (200 mt) e dai suoi servizi ed a 3 min a piedi dagli impianti sciistici (impianti funivie Faloria, 150 mt).
Questo eccezionale appartamento è posto al piano terra dello chalet ed è circondato da uno splendido prato e parco di larici e abeti, interamente cinto da terrazze private. E' il luogo ideale per le famiglie che intendono godere di riposo e silenzi immersi nel verde pur essendo a 200 mt dal famoso campanile. L’immobile è composto da un salotto, con sala pranzo arredata tutta in legno, 1 camera matrimoniale, 2 camere con 2 posti letto singoli ciascuna (possibilità di letti a ribalta/scomparsa) arredate tutto in legno (tot. posti letto n.6), oltre cucina (con lavatrice, lavastoviglie, frigo, frizer, forno e forno a microonde) e due servizi (uno con ampia doccia ed uno con vasca da bagno).
Cantina privata, posto auto esterno privato e box auto, servizio di custode gratuito disponibile 24h/24h che cura e gestisce lo chalet.
L’appartamento è riccamente arredato con splendidi mobili antichi e di pregio, e con tipici arredamenti in legno che uniscono alla bellezza il calore di uno chalet montano.
A cinque minuti a piedi in discesa dal centro del paese lo chalet è molto romantico e tranquillo, il panorama è da sogno, dalle terrazze con albe e tramonti mozzafiato. La casa è comoda e l'arredamento è molto curato. Completamente in mezzo al bosco con verde di proprietà di 5000 mq è spesso visitata dai cerbiatti. Assolutamente ideale con bambini in ogni stagione, infatti, senza muovere la macchina, si possono effettuare varie passeggiate e con gli sci ai piedi si arriva alla funivia del Faloria grazie alla traccia che collega il Faloria al centro città; per la stessa via, sempre con gli sci ai piedi, si rientra direttamente a casa.
