This loft, nestled in the heart of old Paris, spans the top 2 floors of a historic building, offering iconic rooftop views and proximity with a park. It's moments from the Louvre, Pinault Foundation, Beaubourg, the Seine river… The 5th floor boasts an open-plan living space with a 5-meter-high, Eiffel-style metallic ceiling. The 4th features 2 bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, plus a separate gym rom with a sofa bed. Separations by elegant, closable glass panes.
This renovation is an achievement of my wonderful wife, a licensed architect, who has blended its historic charm (the 2 large bedrooms) with the modern design style of the living space featuring Scandy furniture, NFTs and unique AI paintings.
This loft is designed for maximum comfort (piano, video projection, mobile drink bar, wide modular sofas ...), offering very generous dining, and seating areas on the 5th, plus a dedicated equipped gym on the 4th.
Bathed in light, it benefits from many windows, ensuring natural illumination during the day and powerful projectors during the evening. Strong ventilation is also a pleasant feature, with four large roof fans on the 5th and 3 on the 4th. The street below shows very little traffic and is quite tranquil.
