Ashland House is in a modern development (building works completed), easily walkable to the Stadium and surrounding leisure and shopping attractions. One designated private parking bay and unlimited free on-street parking, good local shop and fast food options within 200 metres. Guests have access to the whole house and garden. Fully equipped kitchen with large dining table seating 8 comfortably. Separate living room. TV with Prime Video and Netflix included. The house is in a terrace with neighbours on either side meaning we ask guest to respect them at all times. This means no smoking near the house and no noise in the garden after 10pm.
