Relax and unwind at this authentic and tranquil getaway. A blend of modern renovations and amenities with traditional rustic furniture all lovingly restored. Located in Ozias village, only 5 minutes car / 15 mins walk to the centre of Gaios.

Koukounari House comprises a spacious, light, and quirky open plan kitchen, dining room and lounge combination, plus one large bathroom, and two king size bedrooms.

All bedlinen is 400/800 thread count Egyptian cotton. A cot bed and linen also available on request

The house is situated in the old village of Ozias, approximately 1.5km from the main port town of Gaios and 8km from Lakka or Loggos. It is perfectly situated to enjoy Paxos on two legs or via car, quad, or bike.

The closest beaches are :
- Vlachopoulos Nikos Beach in Gaios (5 minute drive / 15 minute walk)
- Avlaki Beach (10 minute drive / 40 minute walk)
- Mongonissi Beach (10minute drive / 40 minute walk)

The property is accessed by ten steps into a secure yard with private outdoor seating under the olive trees and away from all neighbours. The home is on one level and for exclusive use of the guests.
