The house features a lovely large living room with sofas and cozy corners, a spacious dining area with plenty of room for everyone, and a bio fireplace. There are three bedrooms: Two with double beds (180x200 cm) One with a double bed (140x200 cm) and a bunk bed above it for 1 person (80x200 cm) Additionally, there are two large lofts: one with a double bed (180x200 cm), the other with a foldable mattress. The house has 1 bathroom, 2 toilets, and a nicely renovated kitchen. Large activity room with exercise equipment, foosball, table tennis, air hockey, billiards, plenty of toys and games, and a small ball pit. In the garden, you’ll find a play tower, a large in-ground trampoline (used at your own risk/insurance), two large shelters, grill hut, basketball and football goals, and more. From the kitchen, there is access to a private garden/terrace. Further behind the house, there's access to a shared garden with Strandvejen 71a (house no. 63385), which can also be rented together (up to a total of 20 people). Guests have free access once a day to swimming & play, as well as 1 hour of free bowling/badminton per day at Sportium in Varde. There’s also a shared outdoor 8-person spa, outdoor pool, slide, diving boards, aquaglide, wave pool, children’s pool, and much more. Tennis and the swimming hall in Nr. Nebel are also available. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
