Three double bedrooms all have access to a balcony where you can steal a moment of peace.

Inclusive equipment hire includes bikes and water equipment such as paddleboards and kayaks, subject to availability. Also on site is a well-equipped gym, a luxury spa offering a variety of holistic and beauty treatments and a takeaway pizza shack offering pizza, open during peak season. Hen and stag parties, including any related activities, are not allowed on the estate premises.

2. Hen and stag parties, including any related activities, are not allowed on the estate premises
3. Work related stays for any purpose are not permitted on the estate

1. All our properties are non-smoking.
2. Upon departure, kindly ensure that the premises are left in a clean and orderly manner, with all furniture returned to its original position and rubbish removed. There are bin stores located around the estate.
3. Please utilise the parking spaces provided at the property. Additional parking is available at the main car park if needed. Please do not park in the bays assigned to other properties.

The accommodation provides spacious open-plan living, dining and kitchen area with floor to ceiling glass patio doors and windows create a spacious, light area, to relax and entertain your guests. Sit back and relax by the fire or cook up a storm in the modern kitchen diner, this home has something to suit everyone. Tucked away by the front of the house is a comfy sofa room, with TV, to snuggle in.

The master super-king bedroom provides access to private balcony and en-suite bathroom. Two further king size bedrooms have access to the balcony at the rear of the house. A good sized family bathroom, with a shower over bath, completes the first floor accommodation.

From the first floor there are stairs to the roof terrace with ample furniture for casual outdoor dining and views across all of the Estate and countryside beyond. On the ground floor decking there is casual dining furniture and a charcoal BBQ. To the front of the property is a gravel driveway with space for 3 cars.
