Perfect pet friendly retreat with hot tub for 8 guests.
An idyllic cosy cottage overlooking the sculpture garden, providing an ideal spot to relax and unwind. This beautiful home is best suited to a maximum of 6 adults and 2 children.
As we take pride in prepping the hot tub for each guest stay the water may not be up to temperature by the time you arrive on site, but rest assured, that the water will be blissfully warm and enjoyable for your second night with us.
Whilst this property is fully completed, there are some properties nearby that are still undergoing construction in various phases. The prices for this property reflect this and bookings for this property are made on the understanding that on Shepperds View, you will be able to see construction, machinery and workers from 0730 to 1800, Monday to Friday and 0800 to 1300, Saturday. The nature of the development means that this is an ever-improving situation and photographs showing the surrounding area are current at the time of being added to the property listing. Please do abide by any signage relating to construction areas. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to get in touch with a member of the Habitat Escapes Team. Hen and stag parties, including any related activities, are not allowed on the estate premises.
Access information will be sent out the week before arrival. This information will include the access codes for the main gate to Silverlake Estate and for the key safe to the property.

Silverlake is a great base with plenty of on-site facilities and places to visit nearby. On-site we have watersports, a private beach, tennis, table tennis and forest playgrounds.
Estate Rules:
1. Quiet hours are observed after 11pm, we aim to maintain a peaceful and respectful environment for all residents and guests.
2. Hen and stag parties, including any related activities, are not allowed on the estate premises
3. Work related stays for any purpose are not permitted on the estate
House Rules
1. All our properties are non-smoking.
2. Upon departure, kindly ensure that the premises are left in a clean and orderly manner, with all furniture returned to its original position and rubbish removed. There are bin stores located around the estate.
3. Please utilise the parking spaces provided at the property. Additional parking is available at the main car park if needed. Please do not park in the bays assigned to other properties.

What makes this property unique
This thoughtfully decorated home offers modern décor through out which makes an ideal family home with soft furnishings and log burner for quiet nights in. The downstairs accommodation comprises an open plan kitchen/living/dining area. The modern kitchen includes large island unit, wine cooler and built in appliances. The dining table offers spaces for 8 guests to gather and enjoy meal times. The living area has two comfy sofas, a log burning stove and have access to the rear garden through the patio doors.
The bedrooms are configured as a master king size bedroom with en-suite and balcony over looking the nature garden, two further king size bedrooms, 1 with an en-suite, family bathroom and bunk bed room. The bottom of the bunk bed can accommodate an adult however the top bunk is only suitable for child.
The property boasts a hot tub, furniture for alfresco dining and a gas BBQ.
