The property has parking for 2 cars, EV charging and a large enclosed garden. Up to 2 dogs are welcome at this property.
Hen and stag parties, including any related activities, are not allowed on the estate premises.
Access information will be sent out the week before arrival. This information will include the access codes for the main gate to Silverlake Estate and for the key safe to the property.

1. Quiet hours are observed after 11pm, we aim to maintain a peaceful and respectful environment for all residents and guests.
2. Hen and stag parties, including any related activities, are not allowed on the estate premises
3. Work related stays for any purpose are not permitted on the estate

1. All our properties are non-smoking.
2. Upon departure, kindly ensure that the premises are left in a clean and orderly manner, with all furniture returned to its original position and rubbish removed. There are bin stores located around the estate.
3. Please utilise the parking spaces provided at the property. Additional parking is available at the main car park if needed. Please do not park in the bays assigned to other properties.

On the ground floor is the stunning open plan kitchen/dining and living room with large windows overlooking the deck, garden and lake beyond. The kitchen offers all mod cons with ceramic worksurfaces and high quality appliances including a large Siemens fridge/freezer, induction hob and 1.5 ovens and a Miele dishwasher. There is also a Nespresso coffee machine with milk frother and a microwave. A breakfast bar area offers seating for up to 4 guests.
The living area includes luxury comfortable seating and a flat screen TV, while the dining area comfortably seats up to 8 people.
Also on the ground floor is bedroom 4 with twin beds, a TV and a separate shower room/cloakroom, and there is a useful boot room/utility with separate washing machine and tumble drier. This room has separate access from the side of the property - perfect for dusting off sandy toes or dirty paws. A stairgate is provided at ground floor level.
Upstairs are three en-suite bedrooms - one king, one super king and a twin room.
The master bedroom, overlooking the lake to the rear, offers a super king bed, an ensuite shower room and a balcony with table and chairs that is accessed via sliding doors.
A second bedroom also with water views to the side and rear has twin beds and an ensuite bathroom with hand held shower. A third bedroom has a double bed, and ensuite shower room and a Juliette balcony with views to the front.
Outside to the rear is a decked area and grassed gardens leading to the private jetty with steps into the lake. On the large deck is an outdoor dining set for 8 and a gas BBQ for guests' use. The large, fully enclosed garden is particularly appealing for those with young children or pets.
