2. Upon departure, kindly ensure that the premises are left in a clean and orderly manner, with all furniture returned to its original position and rubbish removed. There are bin stores located around the estate.
3. Please utilise the parking spaces provided at the property. Additional parking is available at the main car park if needed. Please do not park in the bays assigned to other properties.

To the first floor is a spacious super-king bedroom with ensuite shower room and access to balcony, a double bedroom also with access to the balcony, a kids' room with bunk bed and small pull out truckle bed and a family bathroom with bath and shower over.

The top floor comprises a large twin room that can be connected into a king size bed, a further double bedroom with beautiful views towards the lake and landscape beyond and a family bathroom with shower over bath.

The exterior of the property provides ample parking and an impressive decked patio to sit back and unwind.
