Our Family of 4 adults and 2 children(a girl 11 and a boy 7) give this property a 10. The owners of this apartment recently renovated the apartment and used quality appliances and fixtures throughout. It seems as if an interior designer was employed.Morris met us when we arrived because he was available. Morris is very responsive to any questions or small issues. There are 3 small steps to enter the building and has a reliable elevator. There are individual air conditioning units in each room. There is natural light in each room. There is Wi-Fi throughout. The apartment is so clean.A unique feature is the exterior blinds that provide an adjustable dark sleeping space (from blackout to natural light). Easy to operate. If Morris or someone meets you at check-in ask for a demonstration of the blinds.There is a combination Washer/Dryer for use. A wonderful addition if you are on a long trip. The controls on the Washer/Dryer are shown in Italian. Google Translate is useful.The 3 bedroom and 3 bathroom apartment is spacious with a wonderful open concept common are with a well-equipped kitchen, a table that seats 6 people. And a lovely sofa (bed) with two chairs. There is a large TV centrally located that can be adjusted to see in the kitchen area or the lounge area.Two bedrooms are en-suite and the third bedroom has a bathroom located in the hall. The two en-suite bedrooms have covered outdoor space with a small table and 2 chairs.
