The bedroom is king-size with an en-suite basin and WC, serviced by a ground-floor shower room. WiFi, fuel, power, starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is an enclosed front patio with a sheltered seating area and ample off-road parking. One well-behaved dog is welcome, but sorry, no smoking. Shop 0.3 miles, pub 0.3 miles, river 0.3 miles, lake 0.7 miles, beach 0.8 miles.
