Oil-fired central heating. Smart TV with Freeview, WiFi, selection of books, games, and Fuel, power, and starter pack for woodburning stove inc. in rent. Welcome pack of tea, coffee, sugar, milk, crisps and cake. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Off-road parking for 4 cars. Storage available for bikes and kayaks. Very large garden, furniture, zip wire and a tennis court only shared with guests on the estate. Apple orchard, guests are welcome to pick apples. Sorry, no smoking and no pets. Shop and pub 1.5 miles, beach 1.3 miles. Note: No stag or hen parties. Note: For Christmas bookings, the property is decorated with a tree and door garland; guests can also enjoy a festive stroll along the beach
