Property is very spacious, well appointed and super clean. Amazing views over the estuary. Well kept private garden to relax in too. There is a permissive path giving access directly onto the coastal path, eventually leading to an incredible viewpoint over the headland. Great location for biking over the estuary on the Mawddach Trail. Easy 5*, would definitely book again. The only issue we had was the Vrbo booking goes via Sykes Cottages who sent an automatic email requesting more money to finalise the booking. Took a phone call to Sykes to sort out.
