Separate entrance to private bedroom , shower and bathroom area. View of gardens. Seating area for coffee outdoors. Super comfortable room with mini fridge, coffee maker and kettle. Beautiful location beside the sea, parks and birds sanctuaries. Public transport outside the door. 5km from city centre. Clontarf is full of excellent restaurants and cafes. Easy to order takeaway from multiple restaurants. Excellent WiFi, netflix and TV. Wonderful location in Victorian House. No access to kitchen. Very cosy and stylish I'm told. We provide snacks,drinks teas and coffees We promise you'll sleep well. There is a nice back garden and chairs to sit out. I always provide my mobile for guests to get in touch. St. Annes park is minutes away, cafes, restaurants and shops within walking distance. accross the road from the sea. Dollymount strand is in walking distance, you walk accross the wooden bridge on the famous Bull Wall. If you are a photographer, Clontarf has it all. 130 bus stop is a few minutes walk from the house. The 130 is a direct route to Dublin city. Clontarf dart Station is nearby and with stop for the Aviva station. The 130 will bring you by the Luas which brings you to the O3 arena The 130 will take you to fairview, which is in walking distance to Croke Park. Clontarf is 5 kms from Dublin City centre. It is also well serviced by taxis and late buses. Ideal location if you are attending the Aviva stadium, the O3 arena and the Croke Park venue The dart is near by and the above ground train will take you aroung the entirety of Dublin Bay Stops to Howth fishing village, killiney and Bray and also Malahide.
