We stayed here when attending a nearby festival at Broughton House with my Mother who has health issues and therefore could not camp. Overall we were extremely pleased with the property, it was clean and well maintained and had everything we needed. The only slight issue was that whilst the property is non smoking, one of the neighbours clearly does smoke as there was a distinct smell of it on one of the rooms that returned even after airing the room. Not sure there is anything the host could have done about this but it wasn't great. Despite that though we had a very pleasant stay and would recommend to others.
