Splendid apartment located in the heart of the Historic Centre, just 300 metres from the Rialto Bridge, in a central yet quiet area. The property comprises a spacious and bright living area with a lounge, dining room and fully equipped kitchen with every comfort. The accommodation also has two double bedrooms, one room with a double sofa bed and two complete bathrooms, one with a shower. What makes this apartment unique is the panoramic view of Venice's rooftops, with St Mark's bell tower visible from both the bedrooms and the lounge. Recently renovated, it is located on the fourth floor with a lift. Upon request, 2 additional sleeping places (sofa bed). Maximum capacity 6 people. Check-in time: 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Arrivals between 8:00 PM and 11:00 PM may require a supplement of €50 (to be paid in cash upon arrival).
