Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities, communication
The shower clogs and my kids were afraid to shower as they were afraid to have issue. The stairs leading to 2nd floor were unkept, carpets soiled and dirty. The guy came to deliver the towels at 9pm on our first night and there was no prior messges from the vrbo property manager that somebody will come knock that late. We have to keep asking for towel and toilet tissues. Basic needs that i could have avoided to ask if I could have stayed in a hotel. We could hear people talking and watching tv behind the wall next door as well. If not for the inconvenience we could have just gone back to Barrys House Hotel in Hyde Park The advertisement pictures did not do justice of the actual expeience . Because of the faulty advertising which said Townhome with Rooms unfortunately I will have to dispute these charges
