Warm and contemporary throughout, the interior includes a spacious lounge, a stylish dining area, and calm, inviting bedrooms with quality furnishings, perfect for unwinding after a day on the coast.
Set in the charming fishing town of Anstruther and a short drive from world renowned St Andrews, the property is perfectly placed for exploring the East Neuk of Fife. Discover pretty harbours, coastal walks, boat trips, beaches and outstanding golf, all within easy reach.
Inside, you will find a modern kitchen equipped with an oven, fridge freezer and dishwasher, making self catering simple. The comfortable living room has leather sofas and a Smart TV, while the dining space is ideal for shared meals. Baby facilities include a travel cot, high chair and baby bath.
The bedroom layout is designed for flexibility. Bedroom One is the principal room and has its own en suite shower room. One of the bedrooms is on the ground floor and features a zip and link bed that can be set up as a super king or twins on request. The remaining two bedrooms are upstairs and are comfortably furnished for restful nights.
There are three shower areas in total: the family bathroom has a bath with an overhead shower, Bedroom One has a private en suite shower room, and there is an additional separate shower in the utility area, perfect for rinsing off sandy kit after beach days. A separate WC adds extra convenience.
Additional amenities include Wi Fi, central heating, a washing machine, a dryer and off street parking. Outside, relax in the private garden with outdoor seating, a lovely spot for al fresco dining when the Scottish sun makes an appearance.
