The house is 5 km from the motorway, with good connections to Odense and Jutland. It is also located about 10 km from the center of Middelfart, which offers numerous shopping opportunities, a pedestrian street, restaurants, and a beautiful harbor promenade.

The house: entrance through a small hallway/utility room with washing machine and freezer. From here, access to a hallway leading to a spacious bathroom with shower and good storage space.

Bright, well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, in semi-open connection to both the living room and a dining/creative/office space with a cozy alcove set up as an extra bed.

The living room features a large dining area, a comfortable sofa corner, wood stove, and heat pump. From the living room, stairs lead to the first floor with 3 bedrooms: one large bedroom with double bed and wardrobe, another with a double bed, and one with a pull-out bed for 2 people.

Outdoor shower available for rinsing off after the beach. Also equipped with board/family games, 2 charcoal grills, a fire pit, some beach toys for small children, and a football goal in the garden. Firewood can be purchased for the wood stove and fire pit.
