Luxury Beachfront Penthouse Condo - 3BD/2BA Sleeps 8 Adults.
Our Beachfront Penthouse provides affordable luxury. We have a highly desirable end unit with a side window for more light. We are directly on the beach with gulf views that will take your breath away. No roads to cross. Only 30 steps from our Elevator to the emerald green waters of the Gulf or the heated pool.
The Master Bedroom has a comfortable King Bed and a walk-out balcony. The 2nd Bedroom has a Queen Bed and a semi-private bathroom. Our 3rd Bedroom has a Trundle Bed with 2 twin mattresses. Living Room has a Sofa Bed with a comfortable Queen Size Memory Foam Mattress. Sleeps 8 adults.
Amenities:
• Large 55 inch flat screen TV in living room (FREE Netflix included) All 3 bedrooms have flat screen TV's.
• Fully equipped kitchen with latest in appliances
• Plenty of bath towels and linens (Bring your beach towels)
• FREE Beach Service with large umbrella and 2 chairs. March – October
• 4 large Beach chairs in the laundry room. They are light weight aluminum.
• Heated pool & poolside hot tub
• Laundry room inside the condo with over-sized Washer & Dryer
• Elevator. Air conditioning and expanded balcony
• Flat screen TV's in all 3 bedrooms plus 55 inch in Living Room
• High speed wi-fi for internet access. Both 5G and 2GB
• 3 outdoor BBQ grills and picnic area.

Some of our most treasured memories are from our Family Vacations at the Beach with our Children and their Grandparents. We hope your Family vacation at our condo is wonderful.
Why they chose this property
We looked at dozens of condos and fell in love with this Beachfront Penthouse. We are right on top of the Beach looking out on the Gulf. The views from our Balcony are Spectacular with a full 180 degree view up and down the Beach. The Master Bedroom opens out on the Balcony. The second bedroom has a Queen sized bed and bathroom. Our third bedroom with a pull out trundle bed that sleeps 2 adults. We just love the location on quiet Okaloosa Island yet it is close to downtown Fort Walton and Destin for dining and shopping.
What makes this property unique
We have the highly desirable corner unit on the top floor. We have an eastern facing window that allows morning sun. Our building is quiet with only 24 units.
