Lovely long farmhouse sleeps 14 with large pool in the heart of the PĂ©rigord

It is a very beautiful 300 mÂČ long farmhouse renovated in the local tradition which gives it authenticity and comfort. We have added quality fittings which makes it a very nice place where it is pleasant to live.

The outside consists of:

Terraces over the total length of the house including 1 with pergola facing the kitchen. They are a privileged place to take your meals as well as for barbecuing in the late evening.

The secured pool surrounded by 90 mÂČ wooden terrace (from regional larch) will give you the opportunity to enjoy long sunny days and for those who prefer the shade, the pool house will satisfy you to recharge your batteries and rest in this countryside environment.
The wooden cabin will give the children the opportunity to create all sorts of dreams and even spend in it starry nights that will mark your holidays.
A sport ground will allow you to practice soccer, badminton and volleyball. As for boules, a ground has just been set up.
There is a small area under the hazel to enjoy a siesta in the hammock with song of the birds
Thanks to the 3800 mÂČ fenced park, parents will leave their children freely gambol with total peace of mind.

Excellent location, well equipped house. In the heat wave it was quite possible to keep a pleasant temperature indoors and the two airco bedrooms coped well. We will recommend and possibly return. One serious blemish: the wooden decking around the otherwise excellent swimming pool needs urgent treatment as splinters come loose and have cut the children's feet on several occasions.

Nous avons passĂ© un agrĂ©able sĂ©jour entre amis dans cette propriĂ©tĂ© ! L'accueil a Ă©tĂ© parfait ! Un problĂšme de chauffage est survenu quelques jours avant notre arrivĂ©e, mais le propriĂ©taire a Ă©tĂ© transparent sur ce point et a mis en place des solutions de secours (la maison Ă©tait bien chauffĂ©e). La maison est trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e, fidĂšle Ă  l'annonce. Nous sommes prĂȘt a revenir, l'Ă©tĂ© cette fois-ci pour profiter pleinement des extĂ©rieurs.

Superbe séjour !

Nous avons passé un trÚs bon séjour. La maison est trÚs confortable, impeccable et trÚs bien équipée. Le jacuzzi était un plus trÚs agréable. Plein d'activités sont disponibles (badmington, pétanque, piscine, jacuzzi, vélo,...) ce qui rend le séjour trÚs agréable pour tous les ùges. De trÚs bonnes vacances, au calme et en famille. TrÚs bon accueil de Philippe.

Superbe séjour

Nous avons passé une semaine merveilleuse dans cet endroit idyllique. Difficile de trouver la moindre remarque à formuler tant tout était parfait. La maison est superbe, décorée avec beaucoup de goût, équipée de tout le confort possible. Nous nous sommes sentis trÚs vite chez "nous". Le jardin et tout ce qu'il offre est juste paradisiaque. Et comme nous l'a confirmé nos hÎtes...on n'a pas trop envie de bouger. Allez-y les yeux fermés. Vous y passerez des vacances inoubliables. Merci à Philippe et Christelle pour leur gentillesse. Pour sûr, nous reviendrons.

Merci pour ce séjour passé dans votre demeure. La maison est trÚs grande, parfaitement agencée pour accueillir plusieurs personnes avec tout le confort nécessaire. Nous étions entre amis, mais le lieu est également idéal en famille. Philippe et sa femme ont été trÚs agréable et à l'écoute. Toujours disponibles. Nous avons louĂ© cette maison du 1 au 15 aoĂ»t 2015. Au dĂ©part, un peu hĂ©sitant sur la rĂ©gion et les prestations de cette location, nous avons finalement louĂ© cette magnifique longĂšre 15 jours pour des vacances en famille. Nous n’avons pas Ă©tĂ© déçus aussi bien par l’accueil, la maison et les activitĂ©s de la rĂ©gion. En effet, le propriĂ©taire est trĂšs souriant, sympathique et de bons conseils pour dĂ©couvrir cette rĂ©gion, qui regorge d’activitĂ© en tous genres aussi bien pour les parents que pour les enfants (moto, marche, vĂ©lo, gastronomie, farniente
). Nous avons Ă©tĂ© Ă©galement ravis de la maison. Nous Ă©tions 5 adultes et 3 enfants. La maison aurait pu en accueillir bien plus. Elle est rĂ©novĂ©e avec gout, la dĂ©co est Ă©purĂ©e mais bien choisie et cette demeure est bien entretenue et bien Ă©quipĂ©e (barbecue, wifi, terrain de pĂ©tanque, 3 salles de bains
) Nous avons particuliĂšrement apprĂ©ciĂ©e la piscine, que nous avons pu optimiser au maximum puisque le soleil Ă©tait bien au RDV. Une derniĂšre petite anecdote : mon mari souffre de mal de dos mais la literie est de trĂšs bonne qualité Il est important de bien dormir en pĂ©riode de vacances !!! Nous recommandons ce lieu qui est un vĂ©ritable havre de paix

TrÚs grande maison au calme et bien conçu

Cette maison est parfaite pour découvrir le Périgord mais aussi se reposé. TrÚs grande maison, bien agencé ,au calme et ou on peut se prélasser dans la piscine, jouer au boules, aux ballons... Cette maison dispose de tout le confort que l'on peut trouver chez soi. Le propriétaire est trÚs accueillant et à l'écoute.(on trouve sur place des prospectus pour visiter la région) Les prestations sont de qualité donc nous avons passé de superbes vacances et recommandons cette location. Merci à vous.Les habitants de l'Ain.

La maison correspondait exactement Ă  l'annonce. Cette LongĂšre a Ă©tĂ© rĂ©novĂ©e avec goĂ»t, elle propose de beaux volumes tout en Ă©tant trĂšs fonctionnelle mĂȘme pour 10 adultes et 2 enfants. L'Ă©quipement proposĂ© (materiel, linge de maison, ...) est variĂ© et adaptĂ©. L'accueil a Ă©tĂ© chaleureux et le propriĂ©taire est de trĂšs bon conseil. A recommander !

In addition, a cook caterer can offer a range of services upon booking to facilitate your holidays
If you are interested, I can also organised motorbike rides in the PĂ©rigord and the entire Aquitaine for several days.
