Inside, the open-plan living area on the ground floor is bright and spacious, featuring cozy seating, a 43" smart satellite TV with Nova channels, air conditioning, and a Bluetooth stereo system. The fully equipped kitchen, located on the lower ground floor, includes everything from a Nespresso machine and blender to a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and oven—ideal for preparing meals or a quick breakfast.

The villa accommodates up to six guests across three air-conditioned bedrooms on the ground floor. Two bedrooms have comfortable double beds, while the third features two single beds, perfect for children or friends. Starting from January 1st, 2025, there is an "environmental tax/fee" that guests will have to pay for each day of their stay in our country according to the following schedule:
- From April to October, the rate of 15 Euros per day should be paid in cash on arrival.
- From November to March, the amount of 4 euros per day should be paid in cash on arrival.
