This is a very cute and cozy cabin. Everthing was cleaned and the rooms were so cozy. We enjoyed the hottub and having a fire in the firepit. Only thing to note for families of little ones is that you can't lock the cabin from the inside so our 2 year old could open the front door very easily. Just something to be aware of!

Nice Cabin
Enjoyed our stay at the cabin. No problems at all. The new BBQ, Store, Ice Cream parlor and mini golf place is actually connected to the same road, so was super easy to get over to. The drive into the park was super convenient as well. The only down-side was the noise due to the proximity to the highway, but at 500+ feet away, was a very minor annoyance when hanging out front. Enjoyed the hot tub!

Great Place to take the whole Family!
This was our first trip to Broken Bow, and we really lucked out with this cabin! Hot Tub was clean, the bathroom was spotless, and there were plenty of board games in case of rain! A family of two adults and 3 kids (under age 12) fit just perfectly. The fire pit was lovely, the grill was handy (bring your charcoal), and the yard games (including horseshoes) were a nice touch!
The location had both a down side (could see and hear busy road, but not too close to cause us to worry about the kids playing out front) and an up side (I don't know if you could find a location any closer to the Park without actually being IN the park! Not to mention nearby restaurant, ice cream parlor and mini-golf...)
We will be back!

Awesome Couples Trip at Bear Hollow!
We really enjoyed our stay at Bear Hollow! The cabin looks small when you first pull up, but the inside is super cute and inviting! The 3 bedrooms had queen beds, which were plenty big for each couple. The kitchen is stocked well with everything you would need to cook or grill. The back patio is very nice as well, but we mainly hung out by the fire making s'mores. The cabin is also very close to the boat ramp at Steven's Gap. Very convenient! There were only 2 drawbacks to the cabin. The first would be that there is only one bathroom and no bathtub, only a shower, so it gets a little busy with 6 people, especially with women! The other would be that there are 2 window units. One in the kitchen area, and one in the master bedroom. They do a really good job of cooling the cabin off when all of the doors are open, but we did have to leave the master bedroom door open the second night because the other two rooms got really hot. These things were definitely not enough to ruin our fun! It was a great weekend and we plan on returning to Bear Hollow very soon!!
We have a fabulous time and we were very comfortable sitting around the cabin visiting and playing games. We would stay here again. The location was centralized for the activities we planned. The view off the back patio made you feel like you were in the woods. The strip mall in front was not a problem. Only suggestion I have it make sure you bring pillows.
This was the perfect place for a weekend getaway with our family. A couple things to note. If you rent through Vrbo or Air bnb, and day you are bringing a pet, you won’t be charged. You have to personally call the cabin people and pay for it separately. I would have never of known this information unless I called to ask. Another thing is the air. While we slept perfectly fine, there is no air conditioning wall units in 2 of the bedrooms. With the doors open, we slept great. But I could see how if you shut the doors it would become stuffy. Also, even though it is very close to the road, it’s not bothersome. Don’t let that steer you away from not choosing the property! We definitely enjoyed our stay!!! Would recommend.
Great location near restaurants, very clean, all the amenities that we needed. Good value. Enjoyed the hot tub, fire pit. Cabin was a good temperature Teenage boys enjoyed horseshoes and the other game in the yard
The cabin is simple in floor plan but really has an attractive and comfortable interior. The management was really helpful and the location is close to the park and many other amenities. I'd rent it again in a heartbeat, but there are a couple things you should know.
First, if you're a review reader, you've read complaints that there is a strip mall in front of the cabin. True. Don't let this stop you from renting. The back deck is large and has a wonderful view of the woods. It feels remote back there and you can spend a happy evening watching the fireflies from the hot tub. The BBQ is in the front, but otherwise, I'm sure you'll want to be on that back porch rather than the front porch. No real loss. And that strip mall has a Dollar Plus for all the last minute needs that you face.
There is AC but not central air. There are two units, one in the great room and one in the master. Both blow very cold if you want that. But the two other bedrooms need open doors to keep the temperatures cool. The owners have placed two desk-type fans in each room for you to use. Just be aware of this if privacy is an issue.
This won't be an issue for many, but if you have a bad back, the beds are very soft. As in VERY, especially in the master.
Lastly, we opted for this cabin specifically for the fenced yard bc, for this trip, we needed to bring a dog. It was wonderful to have a fenced space! But if you are thinking, "Wow, a fenced yard for the kids," be warned. The fenced area is all rocks. I guarantee, no matter the age of your children, there will be several rock choices that fit their hand size perfectly. But the Urgent Care is in the strip mall in front of Bear Hollow. :)
Nice place, really. Just know before you go...
Didn’t realize the property was behind a strip mall and facing a major highway, but the property behind this particular home was great. The toilet didn’t refill very quickly after one flush, making bathroom visits a little tricky. The house was great though. Loved the fire pit area and shaded picnic area.

The property was awesome. Very clean and just right for 6 people.
A group of friends rented this place for the weekend to celebrate my 30th birthday. The place along with the activities in the town provided for a wonderful weekend. I’d definitely consider returning.

Lovely area
Overall our visit to Broken Bow was good. Our cabin however sat on a dusty road with a view of new construction and the highway. Fortunately the deck in the back with the hot tub looked out into the woods and was really lovely. The kitchen has almost no counter space and the cooling system was not adequate for the temperatures in the 80s. Only the master bedroom had its own window unit that cooled. The outside grill, fire pit and swing are nice. And overall the location is very good for getting into the park.

Not bad....But not great.
We were looking to get away for a few days and for that it was good. Shower had no water pressure and the fenced in yard was a joke. All rocks. The Hot tub looked filthy so we did not attempt to use it. We didn't know you had to keep the bedroom doors open in order for the AC to reach so, no privacy. Other than that...it's a great little cabin. It is very charming and the table was set with nice dishes awaiting our arrival. Just maybe not worth what we paid for it.

We loved it! ❤️❤️
Absolutely had the most wonderful time! When we arrived, the cabin was so welcoming, it smelled amazing! All of the lil framed or posted instructions were very helpful in addressing any concerns! The cabin was just so accommodating for home away from home! I honestly cannot think of one thing to suggest improvement!! The price was very reasonable as well! I really could go on & on about all the lil touches that were so impressive to my family & I, I think there were tears shed when leaving! Would highly recommend Bear Hollow, & most definitely would love to come back!

Beautiful Cabin!
The cabin is amazing and provided a relaxing 20 year anniversary for us. The woods behind were great as well. I'd have given 5 stars if we'd been informed beforehand of the construction across the road, but we were able to dismiss it once inside the cabin, and seeing the back deck that faced the woods. Still a heads up would have been nice. If a strip mall or storage facility doesn't go in across the street, we'd definitely stay again. The cabin had all we needed and we totally enjoyed it.

It was a cozy stay. My whole family enjoyed the cabin and everything in it.
The cabin and its surroundings were great! It close to the main highway and it didnt even bother us. You can barely hear any traffic or sounds... the sunrise and sunset was beautiful to look at from the balcony.

Rustic on outside, nicer on inside
Great cabin/lot besides a few pending fixes.
Off hwy 259, near 259a entrance. Fire pit, grilling sitting areas a-plenty.
Needs privacy fence to front road and screening to kitchen side for more privacy.

Not secluded enough, much to close to hwy. To make matters worse they had construction going on directly in front of cabin.

Bear Hallow
A real nice spacious cabin. Loved the deck and, for us dog owners, the fenced in back yard was worth everything. No need to leash them up in order to take them outside as is the norm for most cabin rentals; just open the door and let them out! Hot tub was nice but it really could use a little privacy fence blocking out the next door cabin. Thanks for a memorable time while celebrating my 32nd anniversary with my spouse.
