**This apartment is rented seasonally, for medium or short stays, but only in accordance with the LAU regulations as a use other than housing and rentals for tourist purposes are not permitted, but the rental must be for the reasons set out in the law. A lease agreement for use other than habitual housing will be signed between the parties and the deposit stipulated by law will be deposited.**
Wonderful brand new apartment in Ponzano area, in the charming Chamberí neighborhood. It consists of a large living room with an open-plan kitchen, where a practical work desk has also been installed, very convenient for this kind of stays. In addition, the apartment has 3 bedrooms, two of them en suite bedrooms. One more bathroom completes the accommodation.
