A fabulous getaway

This rental more than met our expectations. We visited with our two college-aged sons for 9 nights and had a wonderful stay. The rental has spacious rooms and large bedroom closets. The beds were very comfortable with high quality mattresses. We took advantage of the kitchen and prepared our own meals. It's an easy walk to Fresh Market grocery store which was a huge help for picking up supplies. Yulino, the property manager was super helpful. He introduced himself the day we arrived and helped us arrange transportation. He even brought over a can opener when I called to say there wasn't one in the unit. The onsite pools were a wonderful way to cool off. One negative comment is that the water pressure in the showers wasn't very strong, however that's the only critique of this fabulous rental. I would return to stay in this unit again.

The Great Escape!

This is our second stay at Silk Cotton Villas this year. We truly enjoy the hidden oasis inside this gated resort. The grounds are outstanding, tropical and relaxing. The hibiscus and fruit trees were in bloom and the doves were cooing. Having the beautiful pool to cool off in was certainly a luxury. As always, the Villa was spotless and well appointed. It's so awesome to have an upstairs balcony to unwind with a glass of wine after a day at the pool. I can't say enough about this exceptional property. Thank you Kent for your hospitality...see you next time.

When you arrive to our Airbnb gated community you will be greeted by friendly staffers and a welcome pack that is sure to make you smile and know that you have arrived at the right place.

Each home is equipped with state of the art appliances and fittings to make your tropical vacation seamlessly convenient and inviting with all the comforts of home. Each Studio or Villa has it's own private entrance, comfortable well appointed living space with televisions, dining area, full size bathrooms, state of the art fully equipped kitchens, laundry room (washer & dryer) and so much more.

Amenities include FREE WiFi, FREE cable television, central air-conditioning, nighttime security on duty, swimming pools, beach/pool towels, BBQ grills, poolside cabana, etc. We can also assist with booking transportation, tours, day trips, massages, restaurant reservations, private chef and catering services, etc.
