The host was very understanding and accommodating. She even left us a cake! It was a beautiful mini vacation for our family. The place was clean, well stocked, and it had a nice homey vibe. I would stay there again. Thanks Winnie!

The condo was absolutely beautiful and had every amenity you could possibly want. Winnie was a great host and super easy to communicate with. The private beach was beyond our expectations and the perfect spot to enjoy our vacation. If you book this villa I promise you won't be disappointed. The Villa was exactly the same as the photos. Pool right outside the door. Great communication with Winnie-she even made us a welcome cake. Renting a golf cart is a must! We had an awesome trip!

Pleasant weekend stay

The Condo unit is very nice and had everything we needed. It is on a more isolated part of the island so had to take taxi to most restaurants off the resort. The resort beach area is pretty but the spa was not completed. The amenities are fine but they charge extra. Recommend this place for a short family getaway.

Beach Getaway!

We had a great trip! Winnie was the hostess with the mostest! She answered all questions, was very attentive, and even made a welcome pumpkin cake for us. Fred the driver was punctual and shared his island knowledge with us! Beach was amazing! We really enjoyed this quieter side of the island!

Great getaway weekend

We were so pleased with our stay. Winnie was so helpful & accommodating. The place was gorgeous and we had everything we needed right there at Palm Cay. We got the golf cart and was so happy to have it to get us around and it was fun! The Pink Octopus did not disappoint and we had the best weather! Thank you Winnie for a great stay!! This past experience in the Bahamas has been truly delightful. My husband, daughter, guest and I felt at home in this pristine environment. The condo was crystal clean and updated to today's standards. Winnie and Reto were very hospitable and responsive in meeting all our needs. We would definitely recommend this place and stay here again.

Cozy and convenient condo

Winnie was absolutely wonderful and she stocked the condo with tons of necessities that came in handy! Tennis rackets, beach towels, games, beach cooler bag and toys, kids pack and play, etc. the condo was clean and exactly as pictured. The beds were super soft and oh so comfortable ❤️ Thanks for making our stay so lovely!

Peace and Tranquility

Second time renting from Winnie at Palm Cay and she of course did not disappoint. Villa is lovely and spotless. Palm Cay is very pretty and tranquil. Pass for the private beach is worth it. Pink Octopus food was great. Solomans grocery store and liquor store next door is great. Pool outside your front door was very convenient and enjoyable. In downtown Nassau Green Parrot , Greycliff and Wild Thyme also great. All staff we dealt with at Palm Cay and in restaurants and stores very nice and helpful.

Paradise

Our 3rd time booking from Winnie and Reto. They are great to deal with and quick to respond. The Villa is gorgeous and has everything you need inside and a pool just outside your front door and beach a few minutes away . Palm Cay is lovely, quiet (even with all the construction) and safe! Access to the private Beach Club is worth it. Don't miss out on eating at the Pink Octopus, whether for dinner or lunch and Sunday Brunch is also a treat. The Bar also has some great drinks. A little bit of Paradise without having to go to Paradise Island with all the crowds.

Family scuba getaway

We wanted to take our son to scuba for his 14th birthday and Winnie’s condo in Palm Cay was the perfect destination! It was spotlessly clean and well appointed with everything we needed. Winnie was attentive and helpful and even arranged a golf cart for those of us not diving to use back and forth to the members beach area (otherwise it’s a longer walk in the heat). Palm Cay feels like a world away from Nassau but has all of the convenience of the bigger town. The nearby grocery store was well stocked and easy access to taxi and drivers and of course boats! We hope to be back soon!

A Perfect Getaway at Palm Cay!

We had an amazing stay at Palm Cay in the Bahamas! From the moment we arrived, Winnie was incredibly hospitable and made sure we had everything we needed. Her home was spotless and thoughtfully equipped, making it perfect for our group. Winnie recommended a fantastic taxi driver, Fred, who was not only kind but also shared insightful stories about the island. He even stopped at the grocery store for us, which was a great help! We also rented a golf cart from Winnie, which made getting to the beach and pool a breeze. It was super convenient for grocery runs as well. The on-property restaurant was wonderful, and we enjoyed dining there almost every night. The staff was incredible and made every meal special. We highly recommend buying the wristbands for full-service access at the pool and beach—definitely worth it! Overall, our experience was unforgettable, and we can’t wait to return. Thank you, Winnie, for being such a fantastic host!

The perfect quiet family getaway spot

This is where you want go if you are seeking a family getaway in the Bahamas without the bustle of paradise island. Located 40mns from the airport in Palm Cay, which is a private marina community, this property has access to a local pool that is lightly used and is literally 3 steps from your door. It’s a 10mn walk to the private palm cay beach and a 5 mn drive to a local grocery store. We rented a car at the palm cay car rental and it was a really helpful way to get some flexibility for two of the days we were there. Winnie was great to deal with and very kind and helpful. Thank you for a great experience!! We will definitely be back!!

Great Experience!

My family and I had a great time at Winnie’s property in Palm Cay. Winnie met us right when we arrived and was very kind, showing us around and informing us of the included amenities. The place has everything that you may need including cookware, umbrellas, beach towels, & we even were left a coconut cake ! Palm Cay area is a bit more expensive so be prepared to bring some extra spending money. Most places are cashless. Very close to Shopping market as well, about a 15 minute walk. Definitely recommend Red Fred for taxi service, very polite and right on time . Will be sure to book again with Winnie in the future!

Simply Perfect

We had such a lovely stay at Winnie and Reto’s condo. The photos are a perfect representation of the space - it was so clean and had everything we needed and more. Winnie and Reto were very communicative and quick to respond when we reached out. We also rented an SUV through Winnie and Reto which was such an easy experience. Fred was amazing just as the other reviews mention and was prompt getting us to and from the airport. We spent the extra money to have access to the owners beach and additional pools - would highly recommend. The chairs and tiki huts that are included as part of the owners beach were perfect. We really spent the majority of our time at the beach and pool! Thank you Winnie and Reto for sharing your home with us! We will definitely be back!

Wonderful stay!

We loved this condo! Perfect for our family. The condo itself is brand new and perfect! Our favorite part was the pool right outside the door. It was almost private, we had it all to ourselves most of the week. Winnie was wonderful! She helped us with a ride to the grocery store and info on Covid testing! When we lost two days of our vacation due to flight issues, she gave us an extra day! The condo is a good walk to the beach, doable but we ended up getting a car. We needed it anyway to get around the island. Palm Cay was great! I recommend paying the additional for the beach club, bar, etc… it was worth the $100. We had a wonderful time!
