Steps to beach! Beautiful renovated 1 bedroom

Our 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo is located at the Kihei Akahi in Building D which is at the back of the complex. It is on the 1st floor, one floor above the ground level. Picture 15 of the 23 posted provides a good perspective. Features include: GE kitchen appliances, granite counter tops, and cherry wood cabinets. New flooring throughout the entire unit, ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom, electronic door lock (no clunky lock boxes to fight with) and in suite washer / dryer. There is an Air Conditioner in the living room.
Complimentary 5G high-speed Wi-Fi, LED 45 inch flat-screen TV in living room (with Netflix!) . Sleep comfortably in the Queen size bed in the bedroom. The living room has a sofa that pulls out into a queen size bed. The kitchen is stocked with every cooking utensil you would ever need. For fun on the beach, there are beach chairs, beach towels a beach umbrella and a cooler. Hi-Rise bar chairs and table on the lanai provide a relaxing place to enjoy the sunset or your morning coffee. Tastefully decorated, you will feel right at home yet with a subtle island flair to remind you that you are no doubt in paradise.
Free parking in a dedicated parking stall is included. The property has 1 tennis court / pickle ball court, 2 gated pools with plenty of chaise lounges and 2 BBQ areas with gas BBQ’s for grilling up your steaks and fresh seafood.
Kihei is beach-combing territory on Maui’s southwest shore, the sunniest and driest end of the island. Kihei Akahi is located across from Kamaole II Beach which is one of three of the finest beaches in Hawaii and is just a few minutes walk from the condo on foot. Not even 5 minutes!
Kihei Akahi is a "Hotel Zoned" complex compliant with STR (Short Term Rental) legislation.

Great Location! My husband and I enjoyed a week long stay here. The condo was right across from the beach and provided everything we needed to enjoy our stay including beach chairs, umbrella and a small cooler. The host provided clear instructions for accessing the property. The property was well maintained inside and out.The kitchen was well stocked. Easy walking distance to dining, coffee and shopping. We would definitely stay here again.

Staying in this affordable condo as a part of our Maui travels was wonderful. The unit was well stocked with needed items and overlooked a court yard and pool area. The complex has beautiful grounds and is steps away from Kamaole 2, a walkable, swimmable beach. We will return!

This condo is lovely. You have a peek of the ocean from the lanai. We could actually see whales spouting and breaching in the mornings.The grounds are beautiful. The beach is a short walk from the condo with many restaurants close as well.

We found this condo to be the perfect place for our month-long retirement celebration. It was clean and comfortable, nicely updated, with a great view of the ocean and sunset each evening. The location was exactly what we were looking for, across from Kamaole II beach (an easy 3 min walk from the door to the sand). The Tommy Bahama beach chairs and umbrella were a great surprise and were used almost daily! We’re right next door to good restaurants (Fred’s, Coconuts, and Cafe O Lei), shops and amenities. Such a great get-away!

Just as we remembered it!

We stayed at Audrey and Keith’s property last year and when we returned this year the place was in great shape with all “the little things” that made our first trip to Maui a breeze! We love that it has AC in the living room, two boogie boards, two coolers, Tupperware, etc. It’s a clean and well decorated place and the property grounds are beautiful, too! Their condo is so close to the best beaches on Maui and Kihei is not only a fun little place with lots of dining and grocery options, but best of all it’s way more convenient than anywhere else on the island if you plan to adventure.
