The Kihei Kai Nani Resort is a popular, long established, South Maui vacation destination located in a fine area. Our Deluxe 1-bedroom condo has a beach and ocean view. The interior is 621 sq.ft. and the lanai is an additional 100 sq. ft. We are located near the very exclusive resorts in Wailea, yet, our prices are reasonable. Our condo is steps from Kamaole Beach II where you can swim and snorkel. In addition, the Kihei Kai Nani Resort has one of the largest swimming pools in South Maui. Our condo is recently remodeled with WIFI, air conditioning, and two new TVs. We are located on the second floor of Building 1 close to the beach. Our condo has a large lanai where you can watch all the beach activity including incredible sunsets. Maintained to our standards (we use it ourselves), our condo features a new California King bed in the master suite and has been recently remodeled with new appliances. Enhance your Maui vacation with an ocean view accomodation in a great neighborhood at a great price. Sleeps up to four at the same price with no reservation fee.

The Kihei Kai Nani is a resort complex set on six acres of tropical gardens in sunny South Kihei near Wailea. It is located on the South side of Maui about 9-miles/20 minutes from the airport. Kihei Kai Nani is located directly across the street from Kamaole Beach II, one of Maui's finest swimming beaches with lifeguards. The snorkeling is also great off the point between Kamaole Beaches II and III. The Kai Nani is located within walking distance of restaurants and shops. Walk to everything. Major shopping destinations (COSTCO, Safeway, Foodland, Longs) are a short drive away. This is a great neighborhood.

The complex has a 60-ft. swimming pool, a large laundry facility, and free off-street parking. Gas BBQs and picnic tables are located throughout the complex. There is a large raised wood pavilion and deck area where you can host your own gathering. The unit is stocked with beach chairs and children’s beach toys.

Come to Maui and swim, fish, surf, sail, shop, golf, bike 38-miles down Haleakala Volcano, snorkel. Visit the historic whaling town of Lahaina and take the scenic road to undeveloped Hana. See humpback whales off the Kamaole beaches during the winter season.

Nice Island Feel

We enjoyed our visit and stay at this unit. The place is literally a few hundred feet from the ocean. We could hear the ocean waves at night. The condominium was clean and had a nice island decor feel to it. We would recommend this place to someone else.

Kihei adventure

We had an amazing stay at this rental. The views from the lanai were incredible, steps away from tasty food, beautiful beach and a great place to start a morning run from. The unit was very cozy and had everything we needed. Susan was an amazing host and helped us to modify our dates when our flight to Maui was canceled due to a storm. Would recommend to anyone!

A Kihei delight

I'll echo what others have said about the overall appeal of this condo, every place tries to make it feel 'hawaiian', but this owner has it dialed in- but the kicker is the lanai, you can sit there all day

Great location

Breakfast on the lanai every morning was spectacular watching/ hearing the waves. Beach is across the road, just wear flip flops cause afternoon that baby is hot! Numerous places to eat within walking distance (a must for lunch is 808 deli…). Place comes with beach chairs/ umbrella, utensils, blender etc which is nice . All reviews have to have something negative, for us it was some of the bath towels were dirty (looked like make up? Not sure…just needed to be bleached). Overall would stay again!

Great stay

The condo was perfect for my sister and my visit. I’ve never slept on a fold out couch that was so comfortable. The location is great, and we took advantage of the beach umbrellas, boogie board and chairs. The pool was perfect for evening swims, and the 808 Deli and Fred’s/Moose McGillicuddy’s next door provided multiple meals and happy hours (Definitely try 808’s banana cream pudding!). Thanks for the condo, Susan!!

Charming Place!

The beach is right across the street. Location is very convenient and walking distance to plenty of restaurants. The actual condo was a lot better in person. It's cute and charming. I like that there was a cooler, beach umbrella, towels, beach mat and chairs for us to use. We stayed in January so it wasn't too warm in the bedroom. Would recommend staying here again!

Wonderful Experience Close to Beach

This property was absolutely perfect for our vacation. It was incredibly clean and had a great amount of space for us (2 adults and 1 child). The kitchen was very helpful and it was close proximity to a grocery store. Aside from the outstanding cleanliness, the best part about this place was how close it was to the beach. We walked across the street (with a very safe crosswalk on a slow road) to the beach multiple times over the 3 days. It was also a short drive to other great beaches in Kihei and Wailea. We would absolutely stay here again when we return to Maui.

Wonderful Stay!

This review is from my daughter and her family staying your condo Feb 20th-28th. We loved the condo!! The layout was perfect for our family. Both beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything anyone could need. The lanai was perfect for watching the whales. We really appreciated the sand chairs, umbrella and sand toys and loved being just steps from the beach. Love the location of the unit, we love the view and to people watch. Some reviews think the first unit is loud, but we feel the view is worth it. Beautiful bathroom and nice bed, could use a coat of paint and carpet, but super clean.. nice beach chairs and other beach stuff... would reccommend to family and friends.

Great stay & location

The location of this condo is unbeatable. It’s directly across from Kam 2, which is a beautiful beach. Everything is accessible from this location. Aside from location, the condo was clean & included many amenities. The communication with the owner was great. I was given thorough instructions & information prior to our arrival. I requested to check in earlier & was permitted to, however the wait for a car rental at OGG was terrible & we ended up checking in at the regular time. If we are fortunate to return to Maui, I would definitely stay here again.

I travel a lot, and I can honestly say this was by far the best place I’ve ever stayed in. The host was incredible—she gave us all the information we needed right away and then let us enjoy our stay without ever bothering us. The space itself was absolutely perfect for the three of us. She went above and beyond in providing everything we could possibly need and more—plenty of fresh towels, fully stocked kitchen equipment, and so many thoughtful little extras that made us feel completely at home. It was spotless, comfortable, and honestly exceeded all of our expectations. I can’t recommend this place enough and would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We had a wonderful stay at Susan’s condo! The place was immaculate when we arrived and had everything we needed for a comfortable vacation. The bed and pull-out couch were both very comfortable, with plenty of extra pillows and soft linens provided. We loved starting our mornings, walking barefoot to the beach across the street for morning swims and on the lanai with its beautiful ocean view - it was such a peaceful spot.Communication with Susan was excellent - she was kind, responsive, and quick to reply to any questions.Overall, our stay was fantastic, and we would absolutely stay here again on future trips to Maui. Highly recommend!

Was an excellent choice for us as we visited in March so it wasn’t real hot yet. If you visit in summer this condo has a wall unit A/C and fans. It was fine for us as the temp wasn’t that hot yet but in the middle of summer I don’t think the A/C would be enough. It has everything you need as we made breakfast everyday. Pack lightly as there are no elevators and you’re on the 2nd floor. But it’s clean and cozy. I’d stay here again-you’re right in the middle of town!
