Situated in the picturesque village of Rostrevor within 10 minutes walk to all local shops, bars and restaurants.It lies at the foot of Sl Martin on the coast of Carlingford Lough.There are many outdoor activities if you wish to explore the local area and further afield.For the keen golfers the Nook is a 5 minute's drive from Warrenpoint Golf Club, 15 minutes from Kilkeel Golf Club and 30 minute's drive from the famous Royal County Down Golf club in Newcastle. Greenore Golf club is also close by, it's a thirty minute drive via Newry or the ferry from Greencastle too Greenore runs on the hour daily.There are numerous bike trails,evening kayaking on Carlingford Lough, walk the magical Narnia trails which brings life to The Chronicles of Narnia by C.S.Lewis.There's Cloughmor Stone, Kilbroney Park and of course the Fairy Glen.Carlingford Ferry too Greenore provides spectacular views of the Mourne's and Cooley mountains
