Tower Cottage is a beautiful spacious house tucked away in a peaceful spot, away from the hustle and bustle yet only a short walk to the sandy beach, pubs, cafes, and shops. It sleeps up to seven guests. The well-equipped farmhouse style kitchen / diner opens onto the expansive enclosed garden, while the spacious living room, with an open fire, offer plenty of space to relax after a day exploring the coast.It’s the perfect spot for a seaside holiday or a short break with family or friends.
Step into the generous sized farmhouse style kitchen / diner, and you're immediately struck by the generous proportions of the room making it ideal for socialising over long lazy lunches around the dining table, or open the doors and dine al fresco in the private enclosed garden. With two doors leading to the side of the house and into the garden and windows to the sides, this space is flooded with natural light making it beautifully bright and airy.
A large central island serves as the heart of the kitchen, while offering additional workspace.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a freestanding SMEG American style fridge (with a freezer compartment), a separate freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, microwave, 4 ring electric hob with oven under, kettle and toaster.
Step into the hall where there is downstairs bedroom with a single bed, a bedside table, chest of drawers and space for hanging your clothes. Windows looking out to the garden let in natural light making a bright and airy room.
At the end of the hall is a downstairs wet room with an electric shower, WC, hand basin and heated towel rail. Windows looking out to the side of the house let in natural light.
The spacious elegant lounge designed for both comfort and style is flooded with natural light from the triple aspect windows as well as doors leading out to the garden, this also offers an unobstructed view of the lush garden outside.
Tower Cottage also benefits from having a large exposed brick fireplace for those chilly winter evenings when you can curl up on the sofa and watch a film with a glass of your favourite tipple of a mug of cocoa.
The furniture is comfortable yet elegant with two 4-seater sofas, an armchair, a SMART TV, and Bluray player. Soft textures, like cozy cushions, add a welcoming touch.
Upstairs there are a further 3 spacious bedrooms and a family bathroom.
Bedroom 1 has a Super King bed, a wardrobe, chest of drawers, 2 bedside tables and a SMART TV. Windows look out to the garden. The beds can be made up as 2 singles on request.

Bedroom 3 has a double bed, 2 bedside tables and fitted wardrobes. Dual aspect windows make this a lovely bright room.

There is an enclosed large private garden, mainly laid to lawn with shrubs surrounding the borders. There is table and seating outside the kitchen area making it the perfect spot for dining al fresco or simply, enjoy a glass of wine and soak up the sun.
There is a garden room with decking where you can relax in the hammock or enjoy sunshine drinks on the comfortable sofas surrounding the coffee table. There are two sets of double power sockets, access to WiFi and lighting above the deck so you can sit out and relax well into the evening.

Walberswick is a favourite for families, dog walkers and sea swimmers with its sandy beach, picturesque harbour, two gastro pubs, cafes, including the award winning Black Dog Deli and shops selling traditional seaside essentials such as lines and buckets for crabbing. Beyond Walberswick itself, guests can explore the delights of Southwold and Southwold Harbour using the Walberswick foot ferry, tackle one of the beautiful local walks along the coast and the Blyth Estuary, or venture further afield to Aldeburgh and Snape Maltings.
Notes: Tower Cottage is link attached to another property at the rear but this does not affect your privacy at the cottage as the garden surrounds you to the front of the house and is fully enclosed.
