Hastings Heights, a house over four floors, consists of a kitchen with hob, oven, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster, a dining room with seating for ten guests, and a sitting room with woodburning stove and Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of a king-size, third-floor king-size with en-suite shower, second-floor king-size, second-floor double, and twin, serviced by a bathroom with freestanding bath, basin, and WC, a second-floor shower room with walk-in shower, basin, and WC, and a cloakroom with basin and WC. Fuel, power, starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is an enclosed garden with patio and furniture and roadside parking. Two well-behaved medium sized pets are welcome, not on furniture, and must not be left alone in the property. Sorry, no smoking. Within 0.3 miles you will find a shop, within 0.4 miles a pub, within 0.9 miles a lake, and within 0.7 miles a beach. Your stay at Hastings Heights is sure to be a memorable one. On one side is the Old Town, with narrow streets or 'twittens', attractive houses, Shipwreck and Fisherman's museums, wonderful tall black net huts, a fresh fish market, seafood restaurants and cafés. In the middle there is a contemporary shopping centre and on the other side is St Leonards on Sea with its fashionable Norman Road with antique and vintage shops, art galleries, examples of Burton's architecture (of Kew Gardens and London Zoo fame), Marine Court Art Deco flats designed in the shape of the HMS Queen Mary, and the remains of the Amsterdam, which is visible at low tide at Bulverhythe. West Hill in Hastings is home to the Smugglers Adventure and Pelham Beach, and East Hill offers the Hastings Country Park, 660 acres of ancient woodlands, grasslands and heathlands crossing five miles over cliffs and rugged terrain, plus East Hill can also be reached by taking the 'lift', the steepest funicular railway in Britain. Whilst exploring Hastings, visit The Stade and watch fishermen land their catch, plus why not take a trip to Blue Reef Aquarium and the remains of Hastings Castle?
